Smelled of marijuana upstairs. There was food across the hall in the vending room that had just been sitting there the whole time and smelled rotten. The tub was chipped and cracked and the grout near the bottom was chipping out too. The pool and hot tub were not open, which was one of our biggest reasons for booking an indoor pool. No bedding for pullout couch and had to make 2 trips for extra towels for the 5 of us, that were on the reservation, as there was only enough for 3.

The motel, was run down and very dirty. The rooms smelled of curry and it looked somebody had died in the bathtub. Hotels.com advertised a gym and a pool, both which were not in working order.

First room we got, I checked the mattresses and the pull out couch had bedbugs, so we asked for a second room, which we checked and it was clean. But then moments later the front desk girl checked another family into the first room with bugs! The pool was people-soup, dirty, the hot tub jets didn’t work, and the breakfast was minimal. Will NOT stay here again, nor recommend!

Walked in my room and a stench of smoke surrounded our room. The carpet had trash and stains, crumbs all over the floor. The pictures on the property looked like the rooms were clean and well taken care of. Upon entering our room, the smell of musty/mildewy air hit us. Throughout the whole weekend the smell persisted, only going away once the temp was cranked down to 65 However, I woke up after the first night with congestion and started coughing and hacking. My symptoms persisted and even after leaving, couldn’t shake the cough. Every time I breathed it sounded like a wheeze/rattle. Come to find out I contracted fungal pneumonia. Form the moldy hotel room. Would never book here again.

Garrett at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Shower head was broken so I had to hold the shower extension to wash my hair. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly and polite. Good price!

The property had normal wear and tear. I booked bc it said it had an indoor pool and it was a good value since we had rooms separate from my daughter and granddaughter. Free breakfast was good but the pool was a green as lime Jello so we couldn’t swim. The side of the building facing I35 was noisy so I didn’t rest well.

We liked everything, except the shower water pressure you had to dance around to get wet. The faucet in the shower was just about to fall off. Also the “full breakfast”, only had eggs and sausage patties. There was no gravy, biscuit or even bacon.

The property was off the beaten path but was a good deal for the money. Breakfast served daily. Coffee 24 hourstday. Worst pillows that I ever slept on. The hideaway bed was nice but the air conditioning unit needed updating. The air flow was centralized on the side of the room next to the window so poor air flow.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. We found used clothing behind the bathroom door when we got to our room. It's an older hotel and the bathrooms need a makeover. If you eat at the Mexican restaurant next to it, only get the fajitas. The tortilla soup was so salty I couldn't eat it and the taco salad was also bad.

The staff was sweet and nice and very attentive. The room was big and the beds were nice and soft. The pullout mattress on the couch was unmade and had a HUGE red/brown stain on the end of it. The tv was leaning to the side and wobbling, the water never got hot, even on the hottest setting, 68 degrees at best. Toilet was LOUD when flushed, and the seat was missing paint which made it appear dirty. There was no extra pillows or blankets for the pull out couch, the minute fridge froze EVERYTHING, even my nieces medicine . I would come back for the staff and for the convenience of how close it was to where I was going to be. But definitely not worth the price. A step up (not a big one though) from the days in next door. Lots of police activity during my stay. For guest I guess but still nerve racking. It’s not as close to anything as it seems, the nearest gas station is a 20 minute walk. I paid almost $700 for 4 nights and it would have been more worth it to do an Airbnb

This property is very nice and clean. The staff was amazing with their direction and information. The provided breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, and waffles. Oh and fresh fruit. Very adequate and all you can eat.

We liked everything, except the shower water pressure you had to dance around to get wet. The faucet in the shower was just about to fall off. Also the “full breakfast”, only had eggs and sausage patties. There was no gravy, biscuit or even bacon.

Very conservative so it is worth a stay if you are running on a budget. Clean and organized. Room needed to be a bit cooler and AC sometimes lagged. Bathroom needs better ventilation as it would get very hot during showers. Bathrooms needed a basket for toilet paper disposal. Overall, pretty decent property. Pool was great and clean! Breakfast was exemplary.

This is an older property, which is why it's cheaper. That always comes with wear and tear. I was greeted by the night clerk who was all ready for me. I asked places to eat late, and he gave me easy directions to what was nearby and open. My room was clean and comfortable. I just needed crash space for the night, but would have been satisfied with a more extended stay. Breakfast options included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, fresh-made waffles, oatmeal, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, cereal with a selection of juices, coffee, hot tea. I would easily stay again.

The staff were very pleasant but after voicing my concerns and being told they would be fixed when in fact nothing was ever done. The bathroom door would not shut, the toilet made a loud noise when flushed, there was black mold around the shower, no hand towels or wash cloths, and the air conditioner leaked water all over the floor. Breakfast was not good so we skipped it the second day of our stay. Heated up scrambled eggs and sausage. The waffle machine that dispensed the batter was barely working and took several minutes to fill half a small cup.

The room was clean, the pillows are very old and lumpy needs new ones, the practice is OK. The eggs a bit overcooked same thing for breakfast every morning egg and sausage patties. Wait us a long time at the front desk guess they are short staff

When you first walk in lobby, it smelled clean. But facility was run down. Check in was smooth. Got into room, immediately there was a bug on the bed. Mold in bathrooms. Went downstairs for breakfast, women’s bathroom downstairs was nasty. No hand soap.
