Super 8 by Wyndham Burleson Fort Worth Area

Room was clean, did not get room I reserved, I reserved a single king bed and got a double queen and place has no elevator

Was pet friendly clean room trash along by cement wall wasn't happy with having to let them in to clean with while we were only there for one full day and 2 nights

Room was dirty, the floor was sticky, the countertop had something disgusting on it. The bedding was burnt and stained. When we approached the staff they were rude and refused to help. I asked for extra pillows and was denied. I literally had to go buy cleaning supplies and bedding for myself. They refused to refund me so I could go elsewhere. I’ll never stay there again…

Wasn’t terrible but the people staying next to me played movie super loud at 2:30 am and people think it’s a good idea to put all their trash outside their door. I guess that’s the type of people that get a cheap hotel.

I did not stay. Front desk person was rude and resist.
