Easy access from the main road. Quiet at night. Great breakfast spread. The eggs were a little dry, but it's still okay. Great choices of restaurants around. Clean room. Overall, good value for the money. My only concern was that the water smelled and tasted like dirt, but it wasn't dirty. The soda machine on my floor was broken, but that wasn't a big deal.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was very safe and I felt good about leaving my motorcycle off to the side of the front drive thru. I wish a couple of bottles of water had been provided as part of the room charge rather than paying extra for that.

Beds were VERY comfortable! Air conditioning worked great, even in the blistering Texas heat. Breakfast was ready and tasty at 6:00 am, so we were able to grab and go quickly. We did not swim, but observed the pool water was green, which didn’t stop some kids from taking a dip! Ha! Overall, the hotel was a clean and comfortable place to spend one night. No major complaints.

If the hotel had not been so close to where I was picking up my grandson I would have left. When we arrived the pool was a lovely shade of green. The hot water was nonexistent. When we complained they said just let it run and it will get hot. 2 hours later we shut it off and went to bed hot and sticky. The hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. The conference room was padlocked shut. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. The carpet was old dated and dingy. The door lock was iffy. It usually took at least 2 tries to get it to work. The only good thing about the whole experience was the bed was clean and comfortable so I was able to get a good nights sleep. We will never be back.

I only have one complaint Even though it is October we are still in Texas the pool was GREEN unusable . Pull out sofa was full of trash when removed the couch cushions to pull out; fortunately, the man on duty came up with a vacuum and cleaned pull out since we were using it.

Our room was filthy. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The tub had pubic hairs, food and dirt all over the floor. We paid for a room with a jet in tub and couldn’t even use it then be adjoining door to the room next door didn’t lock so we needed to change room, the room we moved to was also dirty with food wiped on the wall. I would not go back to this hotel. We stayed for three days and never had housekeeping had to use to towel the entire time.

Hotel was clean, spacious and all staff were very nice. Our room had plenty of space for our family of five. The beds were sooo comfortable. Nice spacious bathroom, good size fridge for all our stuff, and microwave and coffee provided. Pool was perfect size and very clean.

The AC did not work. Apparently they are upgrading the rooms and gave us the old units to deal with. I brought this to their attention and they did not care! My parents and I were miserable all night!!

The hotel was nice and the desk staff always friendly, however, our room was not attended any of the 3 days we stayed. I understand not changing sheets or making the bed as that is not necessary, but I had to drag dirty towels and washcloths to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones. I did inform the front desk that we had not had any housekeeping only after I had spoken directly to housekeeping that morning and our room was still not attended to. If no one was going to tend the room, at the very least to gather the trash, then I feel there should have been enough linens to accommodate my entire stay.

Staff went above and beyond. He saw me unloading a ton of camera gear late that evening when I checked in and offered me his own parking spot right in front of the entrance so that it would be easier for me to load the car back up in the morning. Thank you!

Property had construction going on, but it was not bothersome. Good location for Inks Lake State Park, wildflowers were beautiful in the area during our stay. Breakfast was good, staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great overnight stop option. Weather didn't allow us to check out the pool. Floor was mildly sticky, but that's what you get with a Texas heat. Breakfast was decent. Eggs, waffles, sausage, etc.

Easy access from the main road. Quiet at night. Great breakfast spread. The eggs were a little dry, but it's still okay. Great choices of restaurants around. Clean room. Overall, good value for the money. My only concern was that the water smelled and tasted like dirt, but it wasn't dirty. The soda machine on my floor was broken, but that wasn't a big deal.

We have stayed quite frequently at Comfort Inns and have always had a great experience. This facility left us a little short of saying it was the "best". . . no newspapers in the a.m., "gift shop" was not stocked very well, no local info on display and the tv in our room was impossible to operate since there were no instructions available. The breakfast is advertised as closing at 9:30 but at 9 a.m, it was over!!! The saving grace for this hotel are Anna, Portia and Ben - your front desk clerks. They smart and polite and very attentive. We will be back to Burnet to visit family, but maybe not at the Comfort inn. . . unless we are assured that Anna, Portia and Ben are there!!!

Breakfast was suppose to be at 6:00 am but was ready at 5:30 am. Lady (wearing glasses) taking care of breakfast area was awesome!

When we got there we were a late check in. The night auditor was trying to help a guest that had no hot water in his room. She had to call the manager to check us in. Once we were finally checked in we went to our room and had to come back and asked for blankets as we had none on our beds. Mind you we were ready to lay down after a long drive didnt check anything else. The ac stopped working and the 2nd night our children found empty beer cans under their bed ..... so explain how the room was cleaned . Got told the manager will address it. Our TV remote didnt work amd again the ac kept not working ... every 10 mins we would have to turn it on .... have not heard from the manager at this location. I am very unhappy with this loc

Very disappointed. Drove 4+ hours in 100 degree weather and the pool was out of service with no advance notice. Staff were confused - one said it was under massive chemical shock, another said it was open to use, then later said it was closed and she wasn't made aware it was down. No swimming in this heat. Would not recommend, hotel also looked very dirty outside and in. Tv/ac wiring cables were loose in the room. Was not offered any credit and was told the manager would contact me about this inconvenience and was never contacted.
