There were dead bugs in every corner of the room, multiple varieties. Woke up with 2 bites on my arm. There was mysterious substance splashed on the couch and the lampshade. The bed blankets had holes in them. The shower had mildew. The pool was out of order. The guest laundry was out of order. The vending machines were out of order. The property pictures are probably 5 years old at least.

Great location to visit the park, only 15 minutes away. Very accommodating- we had an issue with the heater (didn’t work). We had a king suite. Unfortunately, they didn’t have another room to move us to. And it was 9:30pm. We were settled in. They gave us an extra blanket and when the morning came the facility was warm and our room was okay. What I did learn, because I booked through Hotels.com (third party reservation system) they couldn’t discount our room for the inconvenience. They wanted to. I had to have Hotels.com send a message. I tried to contact Hotels.com and AI didn’t connect me with a live person. It kept sending messages to the Best Western. This is my first problem using Hotels.com. The Best Western was great. Little disappointed with Hotels.com.

Great hotel and very helpful staff. TV was complicated but staff walked us through using it in our room. Only negative was turning on the heat and it had that horrible burn smell
