Vineyard Court Designer Suites Hotel

The courtyard of property was absolutely beautiful and well maintained but the room had a terrible smell and the rooms are very old and needs some updating, especially the very old futon. The staff was very kind and friendly!

Spacious, clean, and convenient to college

The stay was OK. Staff is very cordial and considerate. Primary reasons for middle rating was 1) hair dryer did not work (which I discovered late at night after already putting products that needed heat in hair), 2) insect around dishwasher, and 3) furniture in living room is not comfortable. On the plus side, the availability of a full kitchen is wonderful and the property is quiet and conveniently located near multiple dining and shopping options.

Breakfast was good

Got bed bugs in Rm. 201. Desk clerk said she would note on her file. Floor needed vacuuming, dirt and hair on floor. Was Graduation week so could no other hotel rooms available for me to move too. Court yard was the only nice feature. Should be refunded, but no one cared. Would not recommend.
