On main highway so close to everything. One train sound and then everything settles. Big spacious room so i could do my work. Parked by my room. It actually felt safe even though it was in a super busy area. Nice welcome. Comfy bed. Check out the HEB up the road. Its amazing

The staff is awesome. My truck broke down while I was in Del Rio & needed to stay an extra three days while I tried to figure my truck out. Long story short I needed to leave while my truck was still sitting in the parking spot at the hotel. And they were totally cool with it and understanding the entire time I worked on my truck in the parking lot and when I needed to leave it there, I live 3 1/2 hours away from Del Rio

We continue staying at Del Rio Best Western bc it is so clean n friendly. The security guards stay there n the Police who are invited to come help stay there. So we feel pretty safe there.

Obviously, I liked the price but as soon as I found the place I got what I paid for. Cheap doesn't mean better. I did like the convenience of the location but not the location. The soap bar was bigger, nice and soapy like what one found in older motels. I also liked the young lady who took my registration. She seemed pleasant. What I didn't like was the cheapness of the place. The towels were cheap but slightly better than Motel 6. The breakfast was a joke. Parking was against a busy street, open and susceptible to thieves. I parked really close to the door and hoped my truck didn't get broken into. I saw no security cameras. No elevators to the second floor. I wouldn't stay there again.

Avoid! I tried two different rooms and both smelled like smoke. The AC’s don’t run while the room is vacate so not only does the room smell like smoke it also smells musty. The shower had stains in it, and the king size bed only has two thin pillows. I left an hour and never came back

Hotel was nice , clean, beds decent, all appliances worked properly. Fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer, was surprised to see a full size ironing board. Breakfast was good and buffet was well stocked. All hotel staff were friendly and very professional.

I arrived in del Rio Friday morning around 5:30 and the staff let me check in early. Amanda de Luna was amazing and so helpful with information for crossing the border to best places to eat. She went above and beyond they really know how to treat their guests. I will definitely stay again next time I visit.

It was clean, quiet, and had good breakfast. Pool was clean and available though didn'tuse on this occasion.

Hotel was nice , clean, beds decent, all appliances worked properly. Fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer, was surprised to see a full size ironing board. Breakfast was good and buffet was well stocked. All hotel staff were friendly and very professional.

Obviously, I liked the price but as soon as I found the place I got what I paid for. Cheap doesn't mean better. I did like the convenience of the location but not the location. The soap bar was bigger, nice and soapy like what one found in older motels. I also liked the young lady who took my registration. She seemed pleasant. What I didn't like was the cheapness of the place. The towels were cheap but slightly better than Motel 6. The breakfast was a joke. Parking was against a busy street, open and susceptible to thieves. I parked really close to the door and hoped my truck didn't get broken into. I saw no security cameras. No elevators to the second floor. I wouldn't stay there again.

Everything was good for the price. Fridge didn’t work but we really didn’t need it. Reported it to the desk clerk as we checked out. Breakfast looked fine with what looked like instant eggs and bacon. They had a waffle maker, juices etc. It would have been fine but we had time to explore Del Rio so we opted for breakfast elsewhere. Location was good because we usually go to Del Rio to visit the Gin House Jazz Club nearby. Looked at the pool as we drove by and it looked clean. The top of the TV remote popped off as soon as I picked it up and I had to do a quick repair lol. There is some dumpster smell from a neighboring property that smells really ripe though, not the hotel’s fault though. I will say the shower is downright dangerous! It’s super slippery and my wife almost slipped and so did I. They have a mat available so I highly recommend using it. Honestly this was a good deal for the price and we would stay again.

Don’t look at the pictures and expect that when you get there. The shower faucet was loose coming out the wall almost. Beds were hard as a rock. Toilet paper was as then as Kleenex.
