They put me in a bottom room with a huge dumpster full of garbage in front of of my door. Really stinky.

I was shocked at the condition of the hotel when I arrived. serious exterior damage under the entrance roof. cordoned off be old chairs and crime tape. sections of the upstairs series of rooms and roof obviously being repaired. a dumpster in the parking below. trash scattered all around. plastic spoons, broken glass.... obviously hasn't been swept for who nows how long. the breeze way from the parking to my room. DIRTY, damaged concrete and metal grates. trash. a grungy old ice machine. chunks of sheet rock leaning against the wall. I was very concerned for my vehicle all night. I came around to the interior grass and pool section. to find the swimming pool filled casually with a mound of dirt. NO AMENITIES. even the sign with the room number was hanging hazardly from the door. how can THE RED ROOF INN let this be representative of them?

Room was clean, tidy and smelled fresh. Building exterior in poor condition, room damage and alot of rooms boarded up and blocked off. Definetly would not have chosen this hotel by the looks of the exterior.

That you have a deposit until you get there online and say you didn’t have to pay nothing no more what you see is what you pay when you get to the hotel it says something else they air conditioner units suck it was hot the whole time I was there they never came and gave me new towels sheets
