The original room I was given had a door that I couldn’t even open. The lady at the front was very kind and came to help me. She noticed the issue and also realized the room was not cooling properly, so she quickly gave me another room, which I appreciated. The second room itself felt nice and fresh with the A/C running, and the bed was made well. Unfortunately, I noticed hair inside the sheets, which made me question whether they had actually been cleaned properly. The floors were also extremely dirty, and I saw some roaches during my stay. I also noticed gaps at the bottom of the door. There were maintenance issues as well. The TV would not turn on, and the sink was loose. When I first turned on the sink, the pipe underneath wasn’t connected and water spilled onto the floor. On the positive side, the staff were great and had wonderful attitudes throughout my stay. The area felt safe and it was fairly quiet around the property, which I liked. Since my room was toward the back of the building, I did notice a lot of bird droppings on the floor near the rails. Overall, I think this place has potential, but it definitely needs major improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.
