Bra: riktigt kylskåp och egen micro på rummet. Gratis snabbkaffe, shampoo mm. Välstädat med trevlig städpersonal. Stor parkering på baksidan. Nära till havet på andra sidan vägen. Trevligt poolområde med låne-handdukar. Dåligt: Väldigt hög ljudvolym från trafik och luftkonditionering dygnet runt. Trång balkong. Svagt WiFi. Slitet och länge sedan det renoverades med rostiga gångjärn och avflagnande färg. Endast två av alla som jobbade på frukosten var trevliga. Endast en sorts dryck ingick i frukosten. Inte både kaffe OCH juice utan att betala extra. Dåliga öppettider på restaurangen utan information om när det var öppet. Poolen är inte uppvärmd så det vara bara skönt att bada när det var 30 grader eller mer i luften.

We loved the convenient location, with the beach right across the street. I was a little surprised there wasn’t a crosswalk nearby to safely cross the busy Seawall Blvd. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and especially loved the fresh cookies in the lobby. Overall, it was a great location with some nice family-friendly amenities.

Bed mattress and pillows were way too soft for my liking. Pool corner areas were full of filmy substances and lot of feathers. There were some guys using the pool that did not appear to belong. Might need wrist bands or better checks of anyone paying for drinks without a room tab. The crowds that pour in for the live music at Jiggers took up every single parking spot. I saw many cars with no parking permit tag and no one monitoring. My husband and I had to walk all the way around the building, after finally waiting on someone to leave after 11 pm. My husband is handicapped and it was not fun. The inside of the building is much better than the outside. The rust can’t be stopped but it does look ugly. Everything else was fine.

It's even a pity to give one star, it's the most terrible hotel I've ever seen in my life, it's dirty everywhere, the door doesn't lock, the phones don't work, the service is disgusting, the pool is very small, dirty, there were no towels for the pool, the rooms stink, the furniture is old, breakfasts are not included, for $650 per day it would be better to rent a house near the beach for six, I really regretted that we rested here.

Room was clean, Front desk lady was ok. She seem like she was tired. The large lady. Beach view was great. Balcony was also great. Had a couple of water bugs on their I had to remove. Was not expecting to pay 15$ a day for parking and some other fee 20$. This was the first hotel we ever had to do that. Is that a resort thing? The breakfast u have to pay for. Otherwise I would stay again.
