Never again. The photos of this property must be from when the place was built 20 years ago. Literal roach motel, yes I saw a roach. Furnishings looked like pieces from an old office building repurposed into bed frames. There wasn’t even a mini fridge. This place was disgusting. Expedia was very disappointing as they offered no resolution but for me to check out and hope the property manager would refund me. I’m not going to be using either of these businesses again.

Front desk staff was rude. Poor customer service. No wifi as stated. Concern was brought to staff attention and I was brushed off n concern was never addressed. Upon check out. I was charged $30 out of my $100 deposit for a dirty towel. When asked to speak to management my request wS denied. Complaint filed with corporate immediately

I didn't like that they had a massive shootout next to my room and I wasn't granted a refund or some type of compensation for everything plus they swimming pool been closed down for years due to covid and that was the big reason I had booked with them and also they towels and sheets was dirty

Stay here if you only desire the basic and bare minimums (running water, hot water, a bed, air conditioning). It is not the cleanest property, it is not the dirtiest property either. They do not have refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. They do have a microwave at the check-in area. Even the non-smoking rooms smell heavily of smoke.

The Hotel needs lots of work. No Refrigerator No Microwave. My Room Smelled of Marijuana Smoke. On top of that the Couple in the next room were Physically Fighting from 3am to 5am. The Receptionist tried to Extort the $50 deposit because I was an half hour late for the Check out, which was 10 min late from just being in the Reception. The last Motel 6 in Sidney, Ohio I stayed in was a Palace compared to this one. I really liked that one, it was Perfect Sidney 10/10... Garland 3/10

This was the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. The entire property inside and outside could use a facelift. The room baseboards were dingy, the bathroom sink faucet was loose causing water to to shoot out everywhere. There was black mold underneath the sink on the wall. There was no telephone in room, no remote for TV, no small refrigerator or microwave. The bed had no comforter and it got cold with AC on. I was very disappointed that I didn't get my money's worth. They charge the same price as Addison and it is much better. I will not be staying there again .They ask for a $50 deposit up front, for what, I don't know because it's not all that. Trust me, I would have canceled if I had not checked in after cancelation hours.

The deadbolt and latch to the door were broken, the room reeked of cigarettes and there were burns everywhere, blood stain on my new sheets, roaches, black mold in the shower, bathroom fan nearly falling apart. i will say the staff was great despite all of this

Sheets were dirty also it had blood stains, restroom super dirty properly was a total mess. I had to called them for them to refund my 50dls deposit… terrible service. And the property it’s very old and very trashy.

The staff was not helpful and I was charged twice since being charged by hotels.com the bathroom had a live roach in it and black mold on the ceiling without an exhaust fan. The ac was not working properly as it was loud I couldn’t rest comfortably and it didn’t get cold until about 4am. The walls were dirty and there is blood splatter on the wall near the trash can. A begger confronted me for money to get cigarettes while I unpacked to go inside the room. I didn’t pull back the sheets. There was not a bedspread on the bed just several sheets and there was a blood stain on one sheet right where it folded back when you put your head on the pillow, duct tape on the curtain. I kept my sandals on and wouldn’t walk around on the floor. I felt nasty staying there! The room was unacceptable. I hate the fact the guy working could not provide a receipt and paid a $50 deposit for the room also without a receipt. yesterday oct 15th, I had received two deductions for payment one before 3am and one at 3am from the motel 6. Each for 52.86! I was charged 3 times for an unsatisfactory room plus it was so loud to sleep too close too the highway and the ac were both too loud. People with cars missing there muffler drove through all night randomly even in the morning time. It was discusting. I didn’t sleep well. I didn’t say anything because the $50 deposit slip had rules about if I was dissatisfied I had to let them know before 10 minutes had past. I was charged without approval wrongly twice

Very run down. Staff wasn't rude, exactly, but they did not care and were not friendly. Motel is very run down. Basically just a bed and a bathroom. I'm surprised there was even a working tv, to be honest. The toilet ran, ceiling was cracked, bugs in the room, cracked window, no deadbolt, bed was one of the worst I've ever had. Would've had to walk all the way across the property to get back to the office to even get a cup of coffee. Right next to the highway and was super noisy all night long. Spend a few dollars more and at least have coffee in your room. Will not revisit.

There was way too much noise outside the room and the interstate traffic noise was terrible. I booked the room for three nights, only stayed two. The price was only supposed to be $160 plus taxes and fees plus $50 damage deposit did not add up to $278 and I left early and wasn't reimbursed for it.

The lady who waited on me was very without empathy. First there was a $50 deposit that I had no idea was required. I paid the reservation through After-Pay. It was not until I took a picture of the flyer on the desk that gave details on the deposit, THEN she admitted I would get it back once I checked out. The room was clean for the most part but the shower did not work I reported it and they said they would get it fixed. No follow up, no calls, nothing. This was a 2 night stay. Someone did clean the room however, shower would not work.

I'm not sure if this falls on the hotel or on Hotels.com but evidently this hotel requires a $50 deposit. This was overlooked in the originally booking or it would not have been booked. I think that hotels that require a deposit should be added to the checkout screen asking if you accept the charges or not. It is not easily seen on the app when booking and I feel like I was duped into having to pay something I would have not selected the hotel knowing it was part of it.

This place is horrible. They make the rates up as they go along the female that worked this morning and the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional and does not know the meaning of customer service will probably never return to this location again as both rooms had bugs woke up with bites on me, not happy with nothing but druggies that rent from this facility

This property is in a ridiculous area of highway construction. Not their fault. The stay was great Just know there will be a good bit of noise from construction and vehicles from the highway.

We did not stay at your property due to the fact that the area looked very shady. There were people hanging around outside even though it was near midnight and they looked as if they were just waiting to see which room you would enter into. I tried turning around and leaving from the parking lot area. As I tried to back out I was blocked in as the car behind would not let me back out. As I finally proceeded to leave the lot a car came up fast behind us (my nephews and I) and we had to get out of their way as if they were in a hurry. After that short experience my nephews told me they did not want to stay at your property. We immediately looked for a different location and even though we ended up paying almost double for another hotel it was well worth having my nephews feel safe and secure.

No phone, no Internet, and stinky towels. Not a good neighborhood. First thing I heard when I walked out of my room. "move faster or I'll punch you in the face". Fortunately, I discovered the black male was talking to someone else.

The staff was kind, I didnt have any issues. The motel is a little older, but, was clean. I believe they are doing the best they can with what they have! Definetly a huge improvement over the years! Once upon a time, this place was riddled with roaches, drug addicts, and homeless ppl hanging around. I experienced none of that this time! I did not have a microwave or fridge in my room, and they do not serve breakfast. There is a $50 refundable deposit. I would recommend this place to others and would stay in the future.

Jose went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Basic clean accommodations served my purpose. Dennys restaurant and Starbucks next to the property was an extra bonus. Cable tv on a wall mounted flat screen, table with two chairs, linens and towels were clean and comfortable.

Booked on Expedia, paid for my room, and then was made to pay a deposit equal to the cost of the room stay when I arrived. It is not mentioned anywhere in the listing, or in any of the reviews. I did get a message from the property 2 hours after I checked in notifying me that a deposit was required. There were dead brooches in the bathroom, the air conditioner leaked and the floor was slippery, there was no coffee bar, the pool is out of service, and there wasn't even a remote in my room. I asked for one, and they brought me one that didn't work. No soap or toiletries at all.

This was the worst experience at a hotel/motel I've ever had. Disgusting conditions and false advertisement. From the parking lot to every inch of the room I really don't know where to start. Nasty floors, soiled bedding, unclean bathroom with no shower curtain in site, empty pool, and a terrible staff to match it all! Hotels.com should be ashamed of themselves for advertising this place on their site, as everything was a dreadful misinterpretation of this property. Customer service was of NO help and only managed to disturb my girlfriend's sleep by sending the property "manager" not once but twice to the room just after 6am! I have photos to back all of our complaints and will be speaking to my legal representative about getting this robbery of my funds, time and effort resolved. NEVER AGAIN!

Room appeared clean but there were a few roaches. Sink faucet was very loose at the base. The shower/tub faucet would not work. Front desk said to pull on it and the water would come on. I told him that if I pulled on it much harder I would likely damage it and I was not going to be responsible for a water leak or damage. Guess I didn't need a shower today. This is a very commercial/industrial area. Definitely needs some maintenance.
