The stay was terribly disappointing The pool was green ...the ENTIRE 4 nights (5 days) we were there and completely unusable. The ice machine on the second floor/level where we were placed was broken resulting in trips down to the end stairway, back to the middle of the complex to get ice. Which, honestly wouldn't have been as bad if the ice buckets had been insulated. But they are not and in the Texas summer heat our ice was melting before we could get back to our room. The ptac ac/heat unit was extremely loud. Breakfast is just what it describes..grab and go....but could have been better. We will not be staying there again.

The outside trash cans were overflowing. Carrying luggage upstairs was not fun. but the rooms were clean, comfortable beds, good pillows and a/c cold and noisy. We didn’t mind but when it shut off, it was silent! Haha we didn’t eat breakfast so we can’t comment on that!!

We were put in a handicap room without requesting one. Large bathroom with a very small vanity and one small sink for two people. There were roaches and other bugs in our room. The two small side chairs had stains on the upholstery, the TV stand/dresser was peeling, the AC unit was very old and so loud it kept us awake, the concrete in front of our door was badly cracked and the parking lot was trashy. Overall a place I will never go to again. It certainly does not deserve to be associated with Wyndham hotels.

I was happy with the rooms and the quietness. It's a safe area the rooms are clean. I think they need to fix the pool though. It's cloudy and the hot tub has been broke for a while but on website it shows a working one. The price I paid was good.

No hot water. Dead bugs in floor. Coat rack, clothes hanger coming off the wall. Swimming pool dirty. Small water reserve off of pool extremely nasty and brick breaking.

Breakfast was horrible. No drinks available and when asked was told I could walk across the street to sonic. Sheets has stains and smoke alarm in next room beeping for two days. Pool has excessive dirt in bottom.

Pros & Cons to this hotel and from that perspective you make a decision what is YOUR PRIORITY. This place is QUIET. Atleast the times I’ve stayed here. It’s peaceful. The room are also spacious. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is nice too. There is room for improvement. Cleanliness of the exterior for one. Grass area needs to be tended to. Debris needs to be picked up. The FREE breakfast isn’t that impressive. Don’t book here thinking you are getting a decent free meal. I will say THE FRONT DESK STAFF AND HOUSEKEEPERS ARE ALL PLEASANT. 😊

The staff was very helpful and very nice. All areas were well kept. Pool area was clean. Parking was well marked. Lots of lighting so there was no hidden areas. Clean and spacious rooms. Will book there again.

Very clean. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast so I can't comment on that. I do like that it's an actual breakfast and not continental. I don't understand why such a ratty office chair was placed in there. The bed was very comfortable

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area feels safe but Granbury generally is safe. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping. The reason I did not care for the room is there was a huge stain on the sheet- the part that was folded down so it was very obvious. The bathroom door and door frame were filthy- I cleaned them with my Lysol wipes- you’re welcome ☺️ also I cleaned the door knobs and light switches- very dirty. Only had 2 towels and 2 cloths but I called and asked for more. The furniture is very old and cheap. It’s ok if you’re on a budget.

The blankets had stains... its just old and run down and dirty. Like from the bathroom to the bed my feet were dirty. It looked and felt like possible bed bugs but cant confirm ... i did have some red marks

Where to begin? First off, first thing we did when we got to the room was use the bathroom. After flushing the toilet, it made a sound that was indescribable for 2 to 4 min. And after every flush and randomly through out the night. The carpet in the room was buckled and tripped us up on multiple occations. Pictures below. The so called breakfest was a continental style breakfest with option like waffles, assorted muffins, apples, and cereals. Surely not as described in their advertising. I had to remove muliple insects from the bathroom at my wife request.

Don't let the Wyndham name fool you. This is a well-worn (no, worn out) property. Clearly there is no effort to maintain, much less update, this property. The leatherette desk chair in our room had little vinyl left on it. Some of the lamps did not work. The shower control and shower head protruded a couple of inches from the wall unit, moved freely, and let water spray into the wall interior. Although we were on the upper of two floors, something above us at regular intervals sounded like a bouncing bowling ball. Our room at the front of the property was close to a noisy highway. I would not stay on this property again.

This budget hotel was surprisingly well maintained and very clean. Our room was fresh and very clean with all the expected amenities except a hair dryer which I didn't need. Price was a little lower for comparable hotels in the area. Property had a pool and included breakfast which was minimal but fresh. Quiet area with minimal road noise after dark. Check in was quick and easy and desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Pros: Check-in went smoothly; Bed was comfortable; temperature of room was adjustable and AC worked; very roomy in the King room option; desk w/chair; additional comfort chair with footstool; lots of drawer storage; separate, well-lit vanity area Cons: Television remote was missing (another brand was in its place); bathtub had not been cleaned prior to my arrival judging from clumps of hair that were still there; pillows were square and lumpy (though plentiful); non-smoking room smelled a bit smoky (was told at check-in that it was next to a smoking room - no other rooms were available and a de-odorizer was available from front desk if I needed it); my room faced the next-door Sonic Drive-In that was a 'hangout' for locals who were proud of their horns and engines on a Saturday night.

It's 10 mins away from downtown Grandbury. This hotel sits right off a main road, so it's very loud and bright. Even blackout curtains aren't enough. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Excellent A/C.

Very RUDE STAFF and Manager!! The room was dirty…had hair in the bed and in the bathroom…men standing outside the room made me and my daughter feel very unsafe! When I told the front desk they said they would refund my money then after I left they refused to give me a refund!!! The manager practically called me a liar on the phone!! Very unhappy!!

The front desk agent was not professional, she informed us “I don’t know if you room is ready, if you go to the room and is not clean, come back I’ll give you a different room”. When we got to the room the floor and sofa were dirty, the bed had a hair and it smelled like pure smoke.

The front desk agent was not professional, she informed us “I don’t know if you room is ready, if you go to the room and is not clean, come back I’ll give you a different room”. When we got to the room the floor and sofa were dirty, the bed had a hair and it smelled like pure smoke.

Huge safety issue - I had my room booked from Thursday to Tuesday. Friday night, my door was opened by someone who was booked into my room! Apparently, there was a system glitch. There should be preventative measures to prevent this. I was a solo female traveler, and this could have turned out much worse.

Absolute liars. Lights in the room did not work. They told me they would refund me, then denied it. Dishonest, cheap cons. Stay literally any place else. This place was a filthy dump.

The staff was very helpful and very nice. All areas were well kept. Pool area was clean. Parking was well marked. Lots of lighting so there was no hidden areas. Clean and spacious rooms. Will book there again.

It's 10 mins away from downtown Grandbury. This hotel sits right off a main road, so it's very loud and bright. Even blackout curtains aren't enough. Room was clean. Beds comfortable. Excellent A/C.

This is an older property that just shows in areas like the bathtub/shower, parking lot, and outside areas. It has been updated in some ways but the overall feel just wasn't great. The breakfast was all bread type items, coffee is from a vending type machine, and creamer is dry packets. Not really a true breakfast. Staff were very nice.

The room was comfortable, there was breakfast which consisted of waffles, muffins, toast, oatmeal, cereal, juice and coffee. The person checking us in was not very friendly but the person who checked us out was very pleasant. Was a good experience.

The room was recently renovated. It was clean and had all necessary conveniences. Staff was very helpful. Road noise was an issue, they moved us to a quieter room. Breakfast was a nice addition. Could use some protein!

The room had no hairdryer, only 2 towels for 4 booked people. 2 of the lamps didn’t work inside the room. And only had 3 small pillows on each bed. Breakfast was dissapointing, they Only had waffle maker for waffles or cereal. Do not plan on staying here again when I come to Granbury

Needs some tender loving care. Clearly needs an update. The breakfast area was a waste of time and the mediocre offerings were minimal! I did not expect a full breakfast but honestly it was not worth doing and clearly not a good representation for Wyndham!

Room was clean with a few dead bugs. A/C good and cold as needed. Bed seemed to be soft but hard lumps in mattress. Carla was very sweet and helpful. I'm in a wheelchair and she was quick to help me serve my breakfast and helped to carry juice to our room. When I needed ice, Carla went upstairs to get it for me as no ice machine on first floor and no elevator. After midnight other patrons came and were loud outside our room waking my husband. Otherwise we slept well. We stayed 2 nights so slept better 2nd night.
