The room had a lamp hanging out of the sealing and one plug was hanging out of the wall the fridge had a red substance in the door measuring the room was not checked and cleaned properly I could not enter the main lobby during normal busses hrs just over all the bed was good and the TV works COVID is over time to open the place to great guest properly

During our 4-day stay, the room was never cleaned—not once. The in-room coffee machine didn’t work, and when I asked for a replacement, I was told they didn’t have one. His response was dismissive and borderline rude. He didn’t have any towels on hand and told me to come back in half an hour. To make matters worse, sketchy individuals knocked on our door twice during the first night—once at midnight and again at 4:30 a.m. The whole place gives the impression of being more focused on long-term weekly rentals than on providing a safe, clean stay for nightly guests.

Pool is green mosquito cesspool!! Staff is RUDE!! Pets are NOT Welcome, they will charge $100 for pets. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE!! Roach droppings EVERYWHERE! They will come in your room while you are sleeping even with "Do not disturb" sign! No security latch, no ice bucket. And when I asked, I was given the rudest response and handed a garbage bag. I was yelled at by the witch at the window. Messed up my reservation then deadbolted me out of my room with my cat and my belongings inside. This place was the motel from HELL!! TRAVELER BEWARE!!

The facility refused to honor the info given on Hotels.com. Pet fee was ti bee 15. and they charged 100. for an 11 lb dog that stayed crated and told me my riom must be inspected daily. upon entering my room, i see the sheets and bedspread are filthy. They had the maid change the sheets but did not bring back a blanket to replace the one taken. Thankfully, I carry my own with me. They make a huge fuss over damage previous dogs have done, but dont consider other guests may not be that way.

Upon my arrival, i attempted to chrck in. The attendant was adamant that there was no reservation under my name. Long story short, I requested to speak to manager who was 2 hours away.. so I waited just find out that there was a reservation under my name all along. After checking in. I was given a non smoking room with cigarettes burns and strong smoke odor. Hope I dont get chathe for that. Houston is about mid 90 in the summer and the room mini fridge didnt work. I couldn't keep a cold bottle of wayer to crunch the heat. Very disappointed 😞

Very quiet and room was clean. Bathroom did not have a light and the air conditioner did not work. Was promised it would be fixed and it never was. Was a very hot two night stay. Other than that, very pleasant.

They didn’t have the room I reserved at check in and after agreeing to take another room the room I was given the ac/heater combo didn’t power on and it was a cool day and room. I went downstairs to let them know and instead of me hearing I apologize let me get you into another room and I will check it first before you move you items I’m hearing about a breaker being tripped like I was supposed to check it myself. Then the person that could give me a refund at that point this was all I would accept wasn’t on property and I waited 20 minutes with m6 phone dying and no charge ability in their lobby. Hotels.com made it right for me. The people that run this Red Roof Inn are not like the many others I have stayed months at a time at as an insurance adjuster at Castrophes.

Unpaid for a room and I didn't have one when I arrived. The person there said his coworker called people to let them know it was cancelled. I didn't receive a call text or nothing. I get there at 1:40 am just to find out that the room I paid for was given away without my consent. I just want my money back and I want you to know you left a pregnant woman in the street without a place to sleep with a kid room. Shame on you.

I was yelled at by the witch at the window. Messed up my reservation then deadbolted me out of my room with my cat and my belongings inside. This place was the motel from HELL!! TRAVELER BEWARE!!

Pool is green mosquito cesspool!! Staff is RUDE!! Pets are NOT Welcome, they will charge $100 for pets. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE!! Roach droppings EVERYWHERE! They will come in your room while you are sleeping even with "Do not disturb" sign! No security latch, no ice bucket. And when I asked, I was given the rudest response and handed a garbage bag. Hotel has accessible road to freeway and the area was safe. The hotel seemed under staffed but front clerk Pedro went out of his way for me. You get what you pay for.

I like staying here the guy is very nice always accommodating but the lady is very rude I had a bad experience with her every day I was told I was going to have to change to a single when I clearly paid for a double she swore I didn't. The when she saw I did no apology. The next day I asked for made service and nothing the next morning I was woken up by her I told her I asked for service the day before I was trying to sleep in and she ruined it. I exchanged towels she told me the towel was dirty don't clean shoes with it no ma'am I wiped my feet from the dirty floors that I asked to be cleaned I stayed a total of 5 days I never received maid service she told me the weekend was too busy that's why she didn't do it. Check out day I saw her that morning around 8:30 she said check out I said yes at 11. So at 10:40 she is banging on the door saying time to check out I told her yes at 11 it's not 11. She made my stay unpleasant I should never have had that many encounters with her period.

Made us stay outside for 11 hours before we could check in, they cancelled my reservation and blamed it on hotel com it took 4 hours on the phone with hotels.com to get our reservation honored
