Overall I give it a 7 out of 10 rating. Maine issue was had to ask for a clean shower curtain because the one in the room was nasty and smelly. The carpet needs to go ASAP. They smell very bad. They need to upgrade furniture in room. Very outdated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was expecting more of this hotel and suite.

The room was clean but smelled like mildew. There was water damage from the fridge/freezer. The fridge made a loud ticking sound all night. We ended our stay early and got a different hotel. It wasn't terrible but uncomfortable.

The room was subpar to be kind. I had a jacuzzi tub next to my bed with a sign on it saying it wasn’t functioning. The shower had a filthy rubber mat at the bottom of the tub and the handrails around the tub were pulling away from the wall. The carpet in the room was damp due to the humidity coming from the a/c. I stopped by to look at breakfast - but passed on the fried eggs that had been sitting in the warmer for too long and went to Starbucks which fortunately was only a mile away.
