Stayed here for the BTS concerts! All staff were friendly and helpful! Breakfast was yummy! Even let us check in early and check out late! If we come back to Dallas, I will stay here again! 💜

Todo bien, sin embargo había una fuga en la tina de baño que se paso el agua la alfombra del cuarto, el cual lo reportamos paran que no se dañen más las instalaciones, se me hizo muy bueno que esta en remodelacion.

When I entered the gated property there were vagrants digging in the trash can and a group of men that were standing near motorcycles listening to loud music. There was trash all over the grounds outside. The lobby did not have air condition running and the temperature that day was over 100. My room had damaged furniture, doors, and flooring. When I attempted to exit the property I found the gate on one side of the building was locked with a chain and there was only one way in and out. All door will not open after 10pm except the front and if you have to park at the back or the far side where the gate is locked you must walk through the parking lot. Which did not appear safe. The guests were in the hallway gathered and hanging out and some appeared intoxicated. There was the smell of marijuana also, I was awaken by a motorcycle revving its motor and the rider talking loudly. over a speaker. I decided to check out in the morning and the person working the desk refused to give me any documentation that I had checked out. He said the Manager would email me something, I never received notifications. Hotels.com customer service were extremely helpful and I had no issues from they side.

Great location and felt very safe. Air conditioning was terrible and sweat every night I was there. That was really my only complaint. Bring a fan!
