This property was not at all like the advertised picture. When we arrived there was trash all over the property and it had a horrible stench. When we asked to view a room before staying the manager was hesitant 😬. When he opens the room we would be staying in we were for with an unbearable sent. In addition to the continued sent there were uninvited creatures that would create severe havoc if carried back to our car or residence….ie: roaches and bedbugs. Lastly, the sheets were uncleaned appeared they had been laid in. There was fresh uncleaned blood on the couch and the manager seemed unstirred about these unsanitary conditions. Needless to say we canceled our reservation with management agreeing and found another room.

This property was absolutely filthy. We were charged over $250/nt due to the eclipse, which is normally $59/nt. Fine, but the place was dirty and run down. Mold in the bathtub, shower curtain, sink, walls and ceiling. Floors made our shoes/socks black. Bed skirt dirty and stained. You could see through the towels and when "housekeeping" came it was a woman with trash bag full of linens. When I asked for tissues, she handed me a roll of toilet paper. There were shopping carts on the property, I'm guessing from the homeless which stays in the area, as many properties surrounding the motel is vacant. You couldn't pay me $$$ to stay here again.

For the price,i dont expect alot, but i do expect to be comfortable. My towels were stained, there were flies and knats in the room. The room was big and spacious, i would just say it needs to be updated. Good locstion right off the highway and it was quiet.

New management was friendly and accommodating. They really wanted us to be comfortable. The property itself is in need of a refresh. I hope the current management can turn the property around. (btw, this was the only affordable place in Killeen we could find for the 2024 total eclipse, so kudos for that.)

A few complaints I had about this property: 1. The two bath towels provided were both small and very thin. 2. The bed was as hard as a rock. 3. There was no kleenex or other tissues in the room. 4. There were no glasses or cups at all, making it rather impossible to brush my teeth or swallow my medication & vitamins. I had to run to the nearest store to pick up some along with a box of kleenex.

Staff was very rude, and disrespectful. Cockroaches were crawling everywhere. My husband and I were traveling for work and work night shift. Hotel staff constantly beat on the door to wake us up for housekeeping when do not disturb sign was out. Always a lot of traffic all hours of the night. People constantly hanging out near the rooms that are not guest.

The stay was alright, but the service and the owner was a lil bit mean. We needed a room last min because our AC at our house wasn’t working and it was a hot week in texas, we arrived the night at the hotel the lady was mean and Told us we only have our time limit, and I understand it’s business. No matter the money we paid for a full day rate our time was limit and The bathroom water too clocked and won’t drained out

If I could give them a zero or a minus, I would. This hotel isn't at all as a present on your or their website. If you like taking cold showers, then this is the place for you. Parking is extremely hard to get, and you may get a door ding or dent due to the tightness of the spots. Picked a non-smoking room but still got one that smell like smoke. The hotel is in a Sketchy part of town. I reserved the room for 2 nights, but only stay one night and management is charging me for 2 nights even though I checked out at 7:30 am. Absolutely would NOT recommend staying at this place, is NOT Americas Best Value. Sketchy Management as well.

Plaster missing from the ceiling in multiple places, the bathroom has mold above the shower, the carpet had stain, the room smells & it had huge bugs. I would never recommend any check in before checking the room being offered & I certainly wouldn't recommend this place. I paid in advance for a six night stay & was charged the equivalent of 2 nights for a one day stay, siting a cancelation fee. Definitely the worse hotel experience I've ever had.
