A clean and quiet hotel. Staff was good and attentive. Coffee 24/7, breakfast starts at 6 and ends at 9am, wish it were longer until 10am. Laundry facility does not have a change machine so you need to hunt down quarters. Why not have debit/credit card option? Anyway stay was nice, place was quiet, hotel was super clean. Would stay here again when I come to kileen. It has a pool but I did not use it so I can't say.

Issues with AC in lobby and in room. 2 ACs in room but only 1 blew cold air. There yearly elevator checkup was when we were leaving so we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor multiple times.

We were told the pool was open. It was open but green, walls had algae all over them. Not able to swim, was told the pool guy would get it in shape. He showed up ran a net around and flushed the pump. Terrible

Our two days at Fairfield Killeen were super nice. Staff members were polite, responsive, and hospitable. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, fitness room, and even the poolside on a rare January day with the temperature in the mid-80s. The Inn is conveniently located near major shopping outlets. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Killeen

Took 10 minutes for front desk service to come answer the bell after ringing it. Had to call the hotel for him to come to the front desk from down the hall. Sliding front door sounds like it is about to fall off the track. Hole in the ceiling on the second floor from previous repairs. A/C unit in the room was unnormally loud and didn’t keep the room cold even set at 65 degrees. Hot water for shower never got warm.

The front entrance was blocked, there was a lot of noise. Our light was out in the bathroom. When we book through Hotels.con, it seems as though we get the rooms that have damages or noises.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. We did run into an error at check-in that could have ruined our trip had I not had plenty of money set aside for this trip. Our room was clean and comfortable. Do expect to hear some noise considering this hotel is located just off the interstate and close to a military base. We were a bit disappointed to find that the living area was open to the bedroom. We booked a suite under the assumption that the bedroom would have privacy, but that wasn't the case. Also, when the sofa bed is in use, one must step over the bed to access the bathroom, door, and mini fridge/microwave area. I ended up with a large bruise on my leg from constantly bumping it on the pull out bed every time I had to step over it. We also had a few comical run-ins with large palmetto bugs in the bathroom.

The room was clean but we had two tiny roaches in the tub and a huge water bug under the bathroom sink. The breakfast was okay, not too many options. I would stay here again if I had to. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, I told them about the bugs and they were willing to change my room but we were leaving that day. Housekeepers respond really fast.

Property amenities are not shown as described, there is no in room microwave. Front desk person was stubborn and not helpful at all. I was advised to make complaint with Expedia since I booked through them. Never will come back here.

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing! Mallory, especially, made us feel like family. The room was a bit outdated and had several issues (no shower curtain, needed towels, hot water went in and out, the safety latch was broken on the door, and our AC needed repair). However, the staff was quite attentive and immediately responded to our needs. Breakfast was adequate.

This is our second time to stay here within 30 days. Both visits were perfect. The staff are exceedingly helpful and interested in providing service. The building is older and has been well refurbished. Still some older fixtures remain but are in good condition. The showers have a scalding prevention feature that was set too low during our second stay (rm# 213). Our sink was super hot water but the shower water was mildly warm. Test your water temp before accepting the room.

I must say, checking in was pretty easy. The GM (Monica) was working the front desk. We had a laugh while trying to get the right rooms for my family and I I take my hat off to her being so patient. Once we got checked in, the rooms were very clean and I felt safe with my family being there. We were there in Killeen to visit my brother and his family. Staying at the Fairfield Hotel made it very convenient for us. Breakfast was good and the coffee was hot. Thank you Fairfield Inn for making my stay pleasant. And a big shout out to the GM Monica.

The Hotel was great, But the evening shift clerk was the problem. He had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. Our Son it’s in the military near Killeen. And our and and our grandson is also up in Killeen. So we decided to go up there that evening to see our grandson and see our son. Will you stay at the La Quinta Inn down the street. But this time we decided to go to the Fairfield Marriott. When we came in me and my wife, we said good evening the clerk did he he didn’t say anything back. He was like trying to find a room say did y’all go through Expedia or something. Was that all ghetto. Was acting like he doesn’t like his job gave us a card once he found a room. And said room ???that was it didn’t say have a good night. We had to go find and tell us where???was that in all my years of getting hotels me and my wife we never dealt with an attitude that bad just blatant. I don’t care for this job much is we love the hotel I don’t think we’ll be back.

Took 10 minutes for front desk service to come answer the bell after ringing it. Had to call the hotel for him to come to the front desk from down the hall. Sliding front door sounds like it is about to fall off the track. Hole in the ceiling on the second floor from previous repairs. A/C unit in the room was unnormally loud and didn’t keep the room cold even set at 65 degrees. Hot water for shower never got warm.

Property amenities are not shown as described, there is no in room microwave. Front desk person was stubborn and not helpful at all. I was advised to make complaint with Expedia since I booked through them. Never will come back here.

Staff efficient and professional. Promptly assisted me with removing feather pillows from room upon notice that I am extremely allergic to them. Provided all new linens for my bed so there would be no residue of feathers to avoid negative effects. In morning, staff member made waffles for us at free breakfast and chatted with us throughout our meal. Very friendly and helpful.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. We did run into an error at check-in that could have ruined our trip had I not had plenty of money set aside for this trip. Our room was clean and comfortable. Do expect to hear some noise considering this hotel is located just off the interstate and close to a military base. We were a bit disappointed to find that the living area was open to the bedroom. We booked a suite under the assumption that the bedroom would have privacy, but that wasn't the case. Also, when the sofa bed is in use, one must step over the bed to access the bathroom, door, and mini fridge/microwave area. I ended up with a large bruise on my leg from constantly bumping it on the pull out bed every time I had to step over it. We also had a few comical run-ins with large palmetto bugs in the bathroom.

Property is difficult to find using google maps. Drove around 10 minutes trying to find a road to get to the property. Last stay in December 2022, I had vehicle damage from a vehicle crashing into my door resulting in major body work and insurance claim with $250 deductible. I called the front desk to see if they had video of the parking lot and they do not. This should be added.

Hotel staff was great! Friendly, helpful and coutreous. Hotel was clean and updated. Near every type of restaurant/fast food you could imagine. Just a few minutes from mall and shopping. We were very pleased with our stay. The only negative was the somewhat loud a/c unit in our room.

The room was clean but we had two tiny roaches in the tub and a huge water bug under the bathroom sink. The breakfast was okay, not too many options. I would stay here again if I had to. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, I told them about the bugs and they were willing to change my room but we were leaving that day. Housekeepers respond really fast.

Would not recommend for families or anyone looking to sleep 5 to 6 adults. 1st - The sofa bed blocked the path to the restroom. Which became a constant hassle. The AC in our room only cooled off a 6 - 8 radius. To get the whole room cool, you had to set the temp to 65. 3rd - no ventilation in the rest room and I felt i needed another shower due to the humidity and sweat. Pure crap. 4th - the beds were two sleep quality rating above 1. Sleeping on cobble stone. 2. Plywood 3. Fairfield Suites beds in Killeen. 5th and last was the sorry ass pool. It was so wonderful. I have ssen kiddie pool and puddles of water bigger and the toilet water was cleaner than the pool water. Marriott should be a shamed to have their name attached. On a positive note the front desk staff, cleaning crew, and lady working the breakfast service (which was a pretty good meal/spread).
