Everything was average. The pool was open but not for swimming. They were cleaning it and putting chemicals in it. There was pool noodles and inflatables all over. The hot tub was open air and lukewarm. The room we stayed in had no iron, no hair dryer, and cheap lamps that were broken. I found a pair of contacts on the floor near my bed and remains of bugs. I was so disgusted. The breakfast was very average but I’m happy there was a variety of breakfast foods. The assistant Renee was so helpful, accommodating and even went out of his way to get us a hair dryer. He was very friendly and considerate too. The last remark was the front door, curtains were dirty.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The pictures were a little misleading but overall it was decent for the rate and served us well. The pool water was very murky - decided not to test the waters so to speak.

Thank you for having us! The front desk worker was so kind to show us her room options before we picked. The parking is supremely easy. The place is super cute and quaint and we will stay here again! The only issue was that the floors in the room could have used a sweep and mop before we came but it was such a small issue that we could easily overlook it. But again, we loved it here and will be back!

Right when I walked in Rene made me feel as though I arrived home. I felt welcomed and his knowledge of the local area helped me find what I was looking for. The rest of the staff were all very helpful and everything was so clean. I also appreciated the well lit parking area.

This is advertized as a luxury hotel. This is NOT a luxury hotel. Also its not a hotel, its a MOTEL. Maybe at one time it was luxurious? But it has not been maintained. The price is right, although, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. It should be specified that hot breakfast is only on weekends. The place looks fairly pleasant from the outside, and the lobby is cute. My room had dark hair in the shower and the floors. I don't have dark hair. The entry door handle was broken and would only open by pushing it up, not down. The doors had dirty hand prints and dark marks on the edges like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The microwave was propped up on top of the fridge. The sheets were clean, i think...i hope.. but had stains. I went downstairs to grab a snack, but the vending machines only had pretzels, and peanut butter crackers and Dr.Peppers.

I found a dead cockroach in our bathroom. Room service only came once after 5 days of our 6 day stay. One morning someone walked right into my room while I was sitting there. He apologized, explained that he was from Best control and had thought the room was empty. The lobby doors have posted hours of 6am-midnight. On the day we checked out, the doors were still locked at 7 when we had to head to the airport. I was not able to get a hot beverage for the ride, slid the room keys in between the doors and called the hotel number to tell them. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Floors were dirty. I put on clean socks after showing, and in walking from the shower to the sink to brush my teeth and then walking to the bed, the bottom of my socks were filthy. I wanted to love this place so much! The family that owns it is very nice. The room was huge, more like a small apartment. The bed was comfortable. I got locked out of my room twice. The second time the batteries had to be replaced in the lock. Also the showerhead came just to my shoulder, making it impossible to use it to wash my hair. If you're taller than 5 feet, you will be uncomfortable. There's not much parking. The building looks like it's under constant renovations and there was hardly ever anybody in the lobby. You have to call them if you need something.

This is my second time to stay property and I guess I could have asked for another room, but as my last stay, I was given a room nearest the thoroughfare that leads to the main entrance of one of the largest military bases in the country. So, traffic can be very heavy and loud at times.

My room next to main road. Sounded like every motor cycle was coming thru my room. Also bad was too high for shorter people to even try getting in Bring a step stool! But great mattress & very clean. No bugs at all.

The room needed some TLC. The shower head and the bath faucet were loose from the wall. The towel rack was coming down and there were several large chips in the tub. Needed another chair to sure in and the ribs were huge and bare, NOT like the photos on the site. Almost like a hostel.

Place was dirty, not there fault but since it’s right next to a main road you can hear vehicles zooming pass by. Also had a 3 night reservation. Canceled after only being there 1 night. Guy at front tried to rip me off and keep my money. Instead of refunding money back to my card. He did a cash refund. Which I could clearly see on the receipt he gave me but received no cash and he also he also told me not to worry about the receipt. I would get my money back through Expedia. Spent about an hour on phone with Expedia while they got ahold of him and convinced him to refund my money back to my card.

For the price and a bed to sleep in the room was fine. The issue is that the staff is difficult to get a hold of. We showed up at check in and the front door was locked. When you call the number it’s hard to get anyone to answer. We had to wait outside for half an hour before we could get anyone to call us back. The lady that did come to the door was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. The door was also locked at check out so I guess they just keep it locked 24/7. If we had lost our room key or had an emergency the staff would more than likely have been useless. Early check in is available, but even if you only get there 30 minutes early they charge an extra $25.

We checked in at 4pm and the check in time was 3pm. The woman at the front desk said our room still wasn’t ready she asked if I’d like an upstairs room and I said no I’d like to be downstairs. I told her that we didn’t need to be in the room yet as we were going to go to an event and she said the room would be ready by the time we got back. We didn’t get back to the hotel until 11:30pm. When we arrived the key card to our room didn’t work and our room was not ready. The blinds to the room were open and you could see the room was dirty and it looked as if someone left halfway through cleaning it. I went to tell the front desk and there was no on when there I had to call the number for someone to come to the front desk. The woman at the front desk said the house keeper must have left early and told us she could only put us upstairs…terrible customer service

The blinds to the room were open and you could see the room was dirty and it looked as if someone left halfway through cleaning it. I went to tell the front desk and there was no on when there I had to call the number for someone to come to the front desk. The woman at the front desk said the house keeper must have left early and told us she could only put us upstairs…terrible customer service

Right when I walked in Rene made me feel as though I arrived home. I felt welcomed and his knowledge of the local area helped me find what I was looking for. The rest of the staff were all very helpful and everything was so clean. I also appreciated the well lit parking area.

Everything went well except for check in.. They ask for additional deposit fee that is not list on there Hotel.com web! $75 hold on your card or a $100 cash to hold until check out. When your traveling out of town with family, that’s a lot to be holding back for things you need and want to buy around the city

Check in easy, nice property. Was very surprised at how big the rooms were! They were more like mini apartments. Wish we could’ve stayed there longer! Hotel is in a rough part of town but we never felt unsafe on the property or in our room.

Great looking place for the price. Room had plenty of space. No issues with parking. Location is convenient nearly center of Killeen. Staff was nice and friendly. Definitely will book again in future.

This is my 2nd visit to this Hotel. I have enjoyed the stay each time. The Staff is Nice, room is always clean, grounds are always kept nice and clean. I DO NOT appreciate the early check in fee, considering the room was available and ready. I will stay again. The Owners and Staff work very hard to insure everything is clean and well maintained. They are always busy upgrading the property and maintaining it. The area surrounding the property is sketchy, but, I am not outside at night, so it does not bother me to much.

I liked that the room did not have carpet, but a nice wood Laminate floor. This hotel is undergoing remodeling. There were obvious patched areas on the walls. The buffet was out of waffle mix and no ice machines avaiable.

Stay here if: 1. You like having no water pressure while in the shower. 2. You like to hear drag racing up and down the highway in the middle of the night. 3. You like having your room serviced in a poor manner (bed not completely made, trash liners not opened and made ready to use, non-slip bathtub mat tossed,not placed into the tub, and towels not properly placed where they should go). 4. You like having a hot breakfast ONLY ON THE WEEKENDS. 5. You like being charged an early check-in time. 6. You like being charged a late check-out time. 7. You like noisy neighbors having their car alarms beep throughout the night. 8. You like not having a phone or alarm clock in the room, like every other hotel/motel does. 9. You like not getting a refund after having to find another hotel in order to get some rest. NEVER AGAIN.

Older facility that has refurbished. The room is very large and the king bed is very comfortable. Towels are large fluffy and absorbent. Water was hot very quickly and the pressure was sufficient for a really good shower. All things necessary for a good review. Breakfast was not extensive, but we are suckers for good waffles, that’s one thing they had. That plus really good coffee and orange juice: perfect!

To start off, when we got there we didn’t get the room we were told we were getting. When we entered our room, we liked that it was spacious and clean. The advertising of the room was false and nowhere what the pics were. Our facet in the tub/shower was coming off the tub, there was 2 areas of the tub had rust spots where the coating was shipping off, there was a metal plate on the wall by the sink with sharp edges. This is a safety issue if you had children. Glad we didn’t any. The knob on the closet was missing. Having the fridge/microwave in the same area as the sink could be a safety issue with water being in the area. With all the space it could have been in a different area. As for the pool, it was a safety concern to us, a big part of the sides were broken off with sharp edges, the floor of it was shipped. The water was dirty, didn’t have any chemicals. As we have a pool and know how they should look. I can say if an inspector came they would be a lot of citations. I know we wouldn’t stay there again. We didn’t trust bringing our grandchildren to swim. I do have pics of all items

Weekend breakfast was great. Night crowd on the weekend in the complex was a little hyper but felt completely safe. Just younger people swimming late and running around the property. Other than that everything was relatively well. Pool area need some renovation but would definitely not mind staying there again for the price, location, and staff hospitality.
