I will start with the positive’s. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurants that were close were excellent. My first room the air conditioning was not cooling. I was told it had been replaced the day of check in. However after 3 hours and thermostat below 60 it was barely cool. My room was changed. That room the air conditioning was working. However, that room was not very clean. Mold in the bathroom around the tub. Shower rod was not level as was coming out of wall. Due to that the shower curtain would not stay closed. The toilet ran all night as the flapper was not working. They did caulk over the mold and tried to repair the rod. We had to ask for a hair dryer. There was no closet door. No mirror in the room portion to help with getting dressed. The bathroom lighting was atrocious. Nothing like trying to put makeup on in the dark. My allergies were flaring every day while in the room. We needed to use the dryer to dry wet clothes. That was out of order as well. Breakfast was food. Not one healthy option available. I would be hard pressed to stay here again.

When I first arrived and checked in, my room price was higher than what I was quoted when I booked it. The second floor hallway was extremely hot and humid, the room was decent but too warm. The floor by the vent in the wall was soaked. The bath tub made an awful noise when we showered, I felt like we would fall through at any moment. I will say they had good breakfast though.

The actual shower heads have shutoff valve that is not very visible and never mentioned so if you do not know about it water will not

Overall the hotel was neat and clean. There were a couple of issues that I think they need to change. The first one was when I use the Gioma there was no cups to drink water. There was no towels to wipe yourself off, and there was no cleaning supplies to clean the machines after you use them. The second issue was that the rooms only had a couple of plugs and the lamps didn’t have any USB ports to charge anything by the bed. I had to end up going to Walmart and buying a USB cable and box overall it was good for one night. It would’ve been better if they would’ve had those issues corrected.
