The hotel has a great location in a central area, which is its main advantage. The air conditioning worked well, and the parking was efficient and easy to access. However, cleanliness was lacking: the toilet was dirty when we arrived in the room. The bed also squeaked quite a bit, which affected our rest. The staff was unfriendly and usually stays behind a security door, which makes it hard to ask for help or resolve any issue. In summary: good location and parking, but the hotel needs to improve cleanliness, bed maintenance, and guest service.

Very clean room with nice cold a.c. Only problem they had no ice machine and in south Texas it is hot. Also wanted deposit for everything, remote for t.v. and others. Lady in front t was bit rude but otherwise ok stay
