Bathroom door wouldn't shut and when the light/exhaust fan was turned on in the bathroom it was very noisy! Needs updated and cleaned a little better

My son, Sam, who is an amputee on crutches, and I checked in, then found out that we have to go outside to reach the elevator to go to the 2nd floor, then walk down the sidewalk to our room. Most elevators are accessible from the inside. The first room smelled like stale smoke, which I'm allergic to. An Sam had to use the toilet, which was not properly attached to the floor. It nearly dumped him into the bathtub. Back outside to the elevator, down and in to the office. Got a change of room, next door to the previous one. It was okay, until we found out that toile was also not properly attached. he said the water pressure was slightly lower than expected. We had planned on swimming, but not having to go the indoor-outdoor route to get to it, sweating all the way both directions. The office chair dumped him halfway backwards and sideways. He had a hard time getting back up. This could have sent him to the ER, with the hotel footing the entire bill. The best thing is that the bed was actually low enough to sit on, and not having to climb to get in bed. We will never stay at that hotel again, when we go to Navasota to visit his friend!
