The room was clean, smelled ok, Curtain clip needs to be fixed or re clipped. Tub is in bad need of scrubbing, very dirty, the telephone didn't work had to use my cell phone for room service. Elevator also needs a good wipe down. I drove 5 hours only to be ignored by clerk at front desk as I stood in front of her addressing the fact that I had a reservations while she waited on someone who cut in front of me, not cool, very unprofessional. The breakfast was ok.

Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas pero el cuarto nos fue entregado sucio. Al menos la cama estaba hecha pero el baño estaba sucio; la basura del Pasado huésped seguía ahí, no contaba con jabones, el retrete no estaba limpio. De igual manera el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba, totalmente desconectado. Al día siguiente pedí directo en recepción que se mandara a limpiar la habitación, cual fue mi sorpresa en la noche cus di llegué a dormir que no se había limpiado nada. Muy mala experiencia en cuanto a la limpieza de los cuartos.

The room was dirty, it smelled humid, the a/c didn’t work, there was food in the fridge from previous stay and it was dirty. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. The sheets felt humid. Also the a/c was completely off when we arrived the room was close to 85 degrees we had to leave the hall door open for it to cool
