Hyatt Place Dallas/Plano

Hyatt Place Plano is our go to hotel when traveling to Plano. We fly in from NY a few times a year for business and its always a pleasure to stay here. Clean hotel with an extremely friendly staff. The delicious breakfast is definitely a plus! FIVE STARS! *****

One elevator was down the 4 days we were there which was annoying but okay. The breakfast was good and well maintained and the cook was always checking on everything. It would have been nice to have more variety for breakfast and to have the hours past 9am but that was as advertised. There were signs in the room and lobby for "The Placery" as a 24/7 option to eat but when I asked they said it closed at 1pm and I never saw anybody use it so I don't know if that was even a real option. Unfortunately they stop the coffee/tea in the front lobby when breakfast stops.

Perfect stay, great breakfast!

Clean rooms and breakfast was excellent. I didn’t catch the man’s name at the front desk, but he deserves a raise! Not only was he there around the clock but he was very talkative and friendly to all the guests checking in and staying there. One of the ladies preparing breakfast even offered to help my younger daughter make her plate. Beds were so so. We slept ok, but some of the guests staying with me said they weren’t very comfortable. If we had queens instead of doubles that may have remedied that, but we had to go with what was available. Overall it was a good stay, and we would stay here again.
