We had to switch rooms 3 times due to air conditioning not working. Staff was very helpful with this. The pool was not in service and it was over 100 degrees out so the pool would have been nice. We had a suite and you couldn’t get half the tv channels in the bedroom.

The staff went through my personal items during their cleaning round while I was out to eat and stole my belongings which were in the closet in my suitcase. I'M lucky to have brought my valuables with me that day...if they had the nerves to open the closet and go through it all. The clerk apologized and offered points for next stay... I left very upset because their cleaning staff shouldn't be going through client's belongings period. Offering me points does not give me a sense of security...

The stay was ok. The rooms are old and there is paint peeling on the roof and walls. The carpets in and out of the rooms is old and stained. The rooms don't get the type of cleaning you would expect because its an extended stay. The staff never said another word after check in, even tried to talk to the housekeeping and the kitchen staff nothing. The worse part was catching the norovirus from some of the food served during our stay.

The staff was kind but the first room we were put in was very dirty. Though, we did get a better room. We wanted to use the pool but I was not working and green. The whole hotel is pretty ill maintained. Mind you we’re weren’t expecting luxury but it could’ve been atleast clean
