Quality Inn I-10 East near Frost Bank Center

Damp smell in room, pool was nasty. Breakfast was mediocre, missing a lot of stuff.

Rooms are outdated. The gap in the door are too wide. The noise was too loud. Pool was nasty green. Doors seemed to be fixed way to many times than normal. Overall a outdated property with excessive noise. We would not stay here ever again.

Check in was easy, people were friendly but nothing worked (ice machine, vending machine). Area was okay definitely suited our stay for convenience. Swimming pool was fun, great people but pool towels would be nice. Rooms definitely need an update in regards to AC . Overall area was not noisy but would have been nice to have ice for our drinks and not over pay for a soda can. Took hours to cool our room down.

The vending machines where out of order also the washing machine & dry out of Order

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was less than most hotels of this caliber. Close to Frost Bank Event Center and 10 minutes to downtown and the Riverwalk. Pool is in the parking lot and is very small.

The location is quite convenient, facilities look old but they are doing some renovation and painting.

This hotel is under renovations and they are booking rooms that are not complete. The first room they gave me the toilet seat was not attached doors were not painted and dirty. Second room was the same. Third room was better but still not finished but my booking was non refundable so I had to take it. Will never stay here again . The girl at the desk was very kind but she said they were using the unfinished rooms because they were busy. Totally unacceptable!

The pool was unusable — dirty and full of trash and debris. The breakfast was also disappointing: just some juice, stale bread, and undercooked pancakes. Definitely not the “continental breakfast” we expected. On the upside, the staff was friendly, and they did answer all our questions, but they weren’t particularly helpful beyond that.

This property is OBVIOUSLY "dated", but at the same time, it appeared clean and served it\'s intended purpose. I didn\'t see or feel any "safety" concerns and the staff was nice. Parking was abundant and it was close to the highway and not too far from the airport. I gave it 3-stars, I have stayed at other similar hotels and they were an absolute wreck, this place only needs updating and they would be fine.

It was under construction. Doors sanded down inside and our. The lobby had an odor. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The washclothes were yellowish.

It has been te worst hotel in the historia Dont stay there I arrive at 9:45 pm after driving 10 hrs, at 10:23 a cockroach fall into the bead, call the front desk and the guy justo tell me that itbos normal. I ask for a room chance ando told me that after 30 min there are no room changes. At 10:45 found another cockroach, call the front desk and ask for a room changes or a refund or i Will ve leaving and the answer was do whatever You want there are no room changes or refunds Talk yo hotels.com and try to have a refund and didnt work Hope they delete this hotel from the app

Hotel was not the worse but definitely no where worth the 130 I paid to stay a night. I was told on Expedia that I would need to pay a deposit of $50 when arriving and ended up being charged $100. Next I get to the room and two of the towels are dirty, I open the fridge and there is a whole 12 pack of beer from wherever previously stayed there.The restroom toilet was broken and would only flush after flushing twice, towel hanger was completely broken. Clearly this room was not ready to be rented out.

Property had roaches coming out the refridgerator

The hotel is in south San Antonio and does not have a grand view. However the staff was friendly and checking in/out was effortless. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also very close to downtown and the Frost Center.

There was roaches and room was dirty

-Check in process took a long time. The system was down so i stood there for at least 20 min. -the room was out dated. Didnt seem very clean with stains on carpet. Saw a roach in bathroom. And there was no rubber under the entry door. Was a good inch gap. Thankfully I had something in my trunk to close the gap.

There was wads of long black hair in the "clean" towels, long black hairs in the shower. You could clearly see where someone had left urine on the seat of the toilet and it wasn\'t cleaned before we checked in. The towel rack wasn\'t even attached to the wall, definitely felt like a set up for a property damage charge. There were no rooms above us, yet we could hear people walking around "upstairs" which was a little unsettling. There were no wash cloths, the pillows were horrible, flat and small. It was right next door to a Starbucks, that is about all it had going for it.

We were only limited to only 2 sets of towels…fridge was dirty…tube was dirty..microwaves was dirty and loud and we woke up with insect bites. Would not recommend and would never stay there again

Hotel room was very dirty!!

Room was clean. Comfy bed. Door isn’t sealed properly letting hot/cold air come in from the outside. Had to place a towel at the bottom. Ac seemed to work well maybe it needs a little maintenance though. Tv was a bit odd, I had a movie on and it was narrating it for me (I’ve seen the movie before that’s not how it should be). I couldn’t find how to turn that off. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, most people seemed disappointed that the coffee maker wasn’t working and the apple juice was tasting like apple juice, watered down. The orange juice, toast, muffins were good. Staff were friendly and always present when needed 10/10 on staff that’s the biggest thing, being there for the customers! Oh and the top lock was loose by the screws and broken in half that should be replaced for better security.

A/c was not on arrival. You had to turn on in 100 heat. Also, had to turn knob for toilet water pressure to flush. Other room had ceiling leak and same issue on a/c on arrival.

First, the clerk seemed like he didnt want to be there and was inconvenienced that we showed up. In the room there was a hole in the bathroom door like someone kicked it. The room door did not have any weather stripping, allowing a decent gap we could see the sidewalk through and perfectly hear every car and person that went by. The bathtub faucet dripped constantly, but closing the door dampened the sound enough to sleep. The bed was comfy and clean, though.

I had a terrible experience at this property. The door key fob did not work the first night at all so we were told to collect it the next morning. The 2nd day I was given a key card but the door handle did not work like it does at EVERY other hotel. You had to lift UP the door handle for it to open (instead of pressing down). Then inside, the latch at the top of the door to secure the door from inside was completely MISSING so you couldn't fully secure the lock inside. So we had to remove our belongings EVERY TIME we left the property. Then the door lock mechanism on the outside was not securely attached to the wooden door. You could tell it was moved and re-screwed and all the original holes were visible. This could have been an easy place for someone to break-in and enter as it is right off the freeway. In addition, the hotel smelled VERY much like strong carpet smell and mold when we checked in first. On TOP of this, the AC wasn't working really well. It was VERY HUMID when we first checked in and the humidity got worse throughout the night. Both of us were sweating a lot in our beds all throughout the night and could not sleep comfortably EVEN when the AC was blowing strongly loud enough (you would think it was working really well). All this was mentioned to the service desk receptionist but I was always told "The manager is not onsite." He could not speak English well which is a major disservice to customers.

Well let’s start from the beginning, I had called earlier in the day to see about possibly getting an early check in, was flat out told NO. I was surprised because most places offer that at a certain price, honestly just wanted to rest after driving to San Antonio. I arrived at the set checkin time and stated the name of the reservation and presented my identification. Was asked my form of payment of cash or card, I said card and was told to use the card reader and inserted my card. It was charged right away. Then was told (afterwards) if I going to use the same card for a $50 deposit. I was surprised because that’s something one is informed before having the reservation charged. I was upset because I was not informed beforehand because then they said it would “go back” to my card in 5-7 business days. I said well what if I had wanted to pay cash? the person at the front desk said “on you would get it when you would check out.” I also said that wasn’t priced at the time of when I made the reservation I had only agreed to the price I had made initially. The front desk manager or whatever he was kept trying to interrupt me while I was speaking to him. It got to the point I had to tell him to stop cutting me off when I was speaking about my concerns. Sad part was that he was training someone at the same time and speaking a foreign language that I didn’t understand so who knows what he was telling his staff. At checkout noticed a baby crib being setup behind counter.

Very helpful staff. I arrived half an hour early. Had to use the facilities. Out of order so he let me check in early.In the morning desk clerk helped me ...was very knowledgable bout bus route. Nice room. Clean. But it is not $50 deposit but it was $100. Again they honored their website of $50 deposit.

The stay was rough, the customer service was horrible and did not care for the simple needs. Came into a room with stained sheets and floors, missing do not disturb sign and I had to fix the plug on the tub along with carpet patches on the side of the washing area falling off. Along with the towel hook being on the ground upon arriving. The service clerk refused to assist with holding our bags temporarily and the breakfast was non existent. Clearly they do not stand for their key goals as a hotel as shown in the photo I provided. It hurts spending money on a place that just did not care about simple needs or cares for their visitors.

Young man at front desk and breakfast service was extremely rude. He threw my cards at me and wasn’t helpful in telling me where to park or the exact location of my room. Breakfast was missing items that he didn’t want to have to replace even though there was still a hour left on service time. The young lady at checkout was delightful and informative. She saved the review from being all negative.

Upon arriving, we found that our first room did not lock properly. The door was opened as we arrived as well. We had difficulty with the key, and even the night manager struggled to operate it. He suggested we leave our belongings in the lobby if we wanted to go out, which immediately made us feel unsafe. We expressed our concerns to him and requested to cancel, but he informed us that he could not assist and that we would need to contact Expedia directly. After reaching out to Expedia, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and the TV in the second room were both not working. The door lock was also not working properly. We attempted to cancel again, but had difficulty getting in touch with the main manager. We are still waiting for approval on our cancellation. Our neighbors next to us also struggled with their key and were told that several people were struggling with the key.

Really appreciate the service from service desk.

Visited San Antonio for the Alamo Bowl and although it wasn't real close, it was a pleasant stay.

Here for concert so location is somewhat walking distance to venue Otherwise, everything else is far away Room is clean and has everything you need for short stay

Right down the road from Frost Bank. Newly updated rooms and quick assess to the freeway.

Location was great for travel purpose. Easily found an Uber to drop us off at At&t Center.

Courteous staff. Free parking. 20 min walk to the Frost Center, which is faster than driving & parking on a game night. Some rooms are being remodeled. Bed was nice. There are a lot of old fixtures that need replacing. Minimal breakfast - pancake machine was broken. Overall good value for a short stay in that area.

The breakfast was poor. Very bad. You had to arrive at 6:00 am because otherwise there was nothing. The bathroom sink was broken, hair dryer with a burnt plug. It's a big bummer.

The hotel as such is ok, good price, parking and cleaning, but they offer breakfast included and they didn't serve breakfast when I was there.

Romm smelled musty and faint smoke. Breakfast was sad with no fresh feuit, nothing hot, bread was stale and biscuits hard.

My room didn’t have a door safety latch plus there were a few holes in the bathroom door. The breakfast sucked! We got there right when breakfast began and the eggs were cold plus the sausage wasn’t cooked at all and cold. I had to pay $100 deposit when I got there after I already paid for the room in full months earlier.

The hotel will take a $50 deposit cash or card and will check the room before you check out. All being well you will get your $50 back. Also take note this hotel doesn't do breakfast.
