The only complaint I would have is the pool. It was green and we wouldn’t use it. Other people did but it could be cleaner. We were only 3 days but after a hot day you would want to be in a pool. We loved the breakfast, the staff was nice, the check in and check out easy. Very convenient location. For the price I would stay here again.

Was totally amazing the outdoors were so relaxing sitting by the waterfall.. Awesome hot breakfast always something yummy and different from biscuits & gravy to eggs bacon & potatoes.. The personel are also friendly and polite.. There is an onsite 24/7 laundry.. The rooms are big and spacious..

Previous guests old bar soap left in the shower, room smelled of a horrible mold, dirty bathroom/toilets, pubic hairs in the floor. The csrpet was so dirty, after 1 walk on it, socks instantly black. Front door did not securly close without much force, curtains torn. 2 family memebers woke up from the horrible beds with rashes Room reserved for 2 nights, however, we only stayed 1.

I was disappointed i the continental breakfast. The jucie machine was unavailable until the last day of my stay. 5 days. Coffee or tea. No fruit and very small selection of muffins , if any. My room had no face towel or toewls ,other than the bath towels, unitl the last night.

The surrounding area is not what you’d picture. Its literally in front of the highway. From the moment I walked in the room it smelled odd and musty. The bathroom had strong odor of pee, the toilet seat was broken or lose when you sit it would slide to the side, the bathtub and sink were clogged (which they came and fixed). It was dusty and looked like they wiped with the dust around and left the dust still stuck on everything. The wall AC said filter needed replacement and the AC vents of the wall unit were very moldy and dirty. One of the nights my husband got up to go to the bathroom and a roach crawled out from under the bed. The bathroom wall had mold and parts of the doors and walls had paint chipping off. Felt like i was itchy sleeping there. Would not go back go any of their locations.

The housekeepers came to my room to clean and did not clean a thing the floor was dirty they didn’t vacuum it they made my bed with the same sheets . They didn’t empty the trash I had to ask her to come back. 😩 I should have asked for my money back

The rooms are filthy and outdated. The housekeeping does not properly clean. I didn’t get my sheets changed for days. This is really a motel because you can walk up to any room from the street. There is no security and I do not recommend staying here as a solo woman traveling.

The property look nothing like it was presented on the web. It was almost like a catfish could not watch TV cable signal wasn’t working properly, tub stopper wasn’t working, the bathroom fan wasn’t working correctly. It was very moist in there when showering, and there were also handprints on the headboards from previous customers.

Lots of traffic in the area. I probably will stay somewhere else next time.

Overall nice property. Average rooms but they were clean, pool was nice but needed skimming and mattress in room was really bad. Mattress way beyond wore out. Springs coming out sides and no support when we both got on the bed there was a major dip in bed. Needs replacing. Room was clean, pillows tiny had to ask for a few more abs one thin blanket was all provided no other linen on bed but sheet and thin blanket. It was a basic hotel, clean abs close to shipping and bus stop. Ok for a night or two. Breakfast was decent most days with several options. Staff very nice and helpful

Room was fine. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lighting at sink/vanity counter was HORRIBLE. Very dim and impossible to do make up at the mirror. Thank god there was a window there to let in some light. Water pressure wasn’t the best either. Overall though the room was fine.

The room was clean and spacious. The shower had great water pressure. The mattress was a little too bouncy for my liking. The in room coffee was not good but it’s okay because we didn’t go there for breakfast. The money we saved on the hotel went to dining out at great places.

The fellow at desk was nice but refuse to provide a room on first floor to senior citizens. Room was not clean for second day stay, used towels were left behind but clean towels were provided and roaches appeared at night.

I decided to take some time away from the house and spend a few days alone. I decided on this hotel. My son stayed here a few years ago for a few days. The room itself was good. I did have problems with both my refrigerator and the shower. However, both problems were handled in a timely manner and I was very happy with the result. The only real thing that was a disappointment was breakfast. It changed everyday, which was no problem. However, the quality of the food was just below average. One day there was biscuits and gravy. I really enjoyed this breakfast because I went early before the biscuits hardened. I really liked the gravy. On the following days, the eggs were tasteless, the sausages not cooked fully and the bacon overcooked. I know when my son stayed here a few years ago, breakfast was much better. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the front desk and maintenace.

Enjoyed my stay here. It was a short distance from where we needed to be for our visit. Only down side was they seemed short staffed. I know it’s not their fault. But having to leave my room with a toddler to get extra towels or anything else was a hassle from the second floor

The property itself was average. My issue was with the staff. We placed the " Do Not Disturb " sign on the door and I spoke with manager and advised I wanted NO housekeeping for the room. Next day we went out and returned to find staff DID enter our room while we were out. The Do Not Disturb sign was still on the exterior door handle...complete violation of privacy. We checked out the following day.

Area was convenient off the highway and access to many places around. But one issue they tried to steel my husbands tools and ice chest from his pick up and they didn’t do anything about it. I will not stay there again due to that happening the morning before check out around 4am

Area was convenient off the highway and access to many places around. But one issue they tried to steel my husbands tools and ice chest from his pick up and they didn’t do anything about it. I will not stay there again due to that happening the morning before check out around 4am

i didnot like the property , the microwave in the room was not working . water was dripping from bath tub entire night. In breakfast the items were not re-filled. Bread was not available . 3 out of 5 juice options were not available and 4th also ranout. it was terrible experience.

I was disappointed i the continental breakfast. The jucie machine was unavailable until the last day of my stay. 5 days. Coffee or tea. No fruit and very small selection of muffins , if any. My room had no face towel or toewls ,other than the bath towels, unitl the last night.

The pool area was very nice. The breakfast needs improvement; They offered cereal , the container's needed to be cleaned, juice machine, yogurt machine, milk, waffles, powdered eggs and sausage or bacon. No fruit. The coffee was really good. The housekeeper would make the bed. The floor didn't get vacuumed . I was there seven days. I left the pillow case that was dirty in the middle so the housekeeper could leave a clean one. Instead, of leaving or changing it she flipped it over. I went to the front desk to get fresh sheets. The associate informed me he did not know how to make a bed. This made me feel hesitant about returning to this Best Western.

This hotel really met our need for a weekend in San Antonio that was affordable and close to Sea World. If I had a complaint, it would be that breakfast stopped at 9. As we were on a weekend vacation, really didn't want to have to be up and dressed before 9, but guess that's on us. It was a good stay.

We anticipated a pretty good hotel based on the advertising. The pool was green (was blue in the pictures). The breakfast was advertised as full breakfast but Sunday morning when you would expect the best, there were no eggs or sausage or bacon. The only hot items were waffles (they were good), and biscuits and gravy (gravy was good) but I was expecting some eggs. Yogurt tasted terrible coming out of the machine. Fruit juice I usually water down a bit but that juice in the machine was really watered down too much already. The place looked remodeled and clean butttttt, our biggest concern was the 1' wide roach (pretty big) that we saw and killed Sunday morning in the bathroom. Ugh!
