Property was very nice and recently renovated. Bed was really comfy and felt very safe with how quiet the property was and how new everything was. Breakfast was simple with essentially just bagels. Only other drawbacks were things I knew going in - no microwave and had to pay for parking (which was still cheap at $4). If you can stay here for a good price like we did, this property is very much worth it.

The room was great but the 100 dollar surprise deposit per room, was an issue along with a 3.99 parking fee, which we were told was to pay for the security company they hired to watch the property. Don't charge separately for this. That's like charging money to add eggs to the breakfast. C'Mon people.

We called to ensure we could get a late check out due to being better for a conference before booking the room, they ensured us of a 3:00 check out. The next day the new staff on shift said no, they’re not sure who told us that but the latest they could allow us to check out was 1:00. Regardless of what we were told prior to booking (& being that was the only reason we booked it) they did not budge. Also, they advertise breakfast & that was an absolute joke. Two kinds of cereal & a bagel is not enough to be considered offering a full breakfast. The front desk staff was not pleasant when we brought them our issue regarding the check out. The only friendly staff there was were the cleaning ladies. To top it all off they only have 1 cart for luggage. Needless to say, never again & I don’t recommend it.

I’ve stayed here numerous times before. It is a fair place to stay. However, upon check in tonight I was told of a new $4 parking fee. This was frustrating as it was hidden in the details. That should be covered in the price of the stay.

$4 per night parking and $100 deposit were a surprise. Room was supposed to have a microwave and fridge. Fridge but no microwave. Was told that microwaves were on the 2nd floor (we were on the 1st). Was told that one would be moved to our room, but never was. Room was fine. Bed and bathroom were ok. No drawer space anywhere. Carpet was pretty dirty based on my kids feet after walking around for a while. Water in bathroom sink struggled to get out. Seems like aerator needed to be cleaned. Door was hard to open. TV remote was super finicky. Breakfast wasn't that great. Mostly carbs: bagels, cereal, muffins, juice, oatmeal. There was a small yogurt bar that my family enjoyed, but nothing hot. Cold hard boiled eggs were available to be warmed in the microwave by the front desk. The dining area was pretty small and during the busy time it was hard to move around. There were quite a few fruit flies in the rooms. The staff did clean the room while we were gone so that was nice. The AC did it's job for sure. Was actually too cold at times. Better that than too hot. We did get to hear the fireworks from fiesta texas each night, so there's that. Overall it was a fine stay. The room was comfortable enough, staff was helpful enough, and the price was manageable. Hopefully my deposit comes back without too much hassle. We might stay again. It was in a very convenient part of town for what we needed.

Stay was okay, not terrible, but they had very limited amenities. Breakfast was very limited, only had a couple of options, and didn’t have waffles/pancakes. They claimed to have coffee 24/7 but every time we wanted to get some they were out of it. Stayed for two nights and we didn’t get room service/clean room, they only change the towels and trash cans. It’s a great option if you don’t care much about breakfast or room service

This was not the hotel I was expecting. The reviews were great, but several areas fell far short of expectations. The floor from the entrance to the elevator was dirty and sticky. The bedsheets smelled, yes, they actually smelled dirty! And to top it off, this morning there were flies on the bagels. I wasn’t expecting much because of the price, but I did expect at least a clean bed and bathroom!

Multiple bath towel had spots and stains on them.. We even found white hair on the towels.. very disgusting and disappointing.. Water in the shower was lukewarm at best, no proper hot water.. Have been a Hilton Honors member for many years but never had such a bad experience..

If there was one positive thing about this stay, I would say that it was the proximity to the majority of the things we were in town for. Other than that, this did not feel like a Hilton Brand Hotel. From the lack of greeting on arrival (employee was more focused on her smart phone), to the toilet not working in our first assigned room, to the shower/tub not draining properly at our 2nd assigned room (no apology from the front desk for the inconvenience), to the room not being cleaned on the 2nd day (they apparently only clean on the 2nd days for customer comfort), to the dirty sheets, to the dirty hallways that seemed like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, to the employee not knowing there was an ice machine on our floor (she was cleaning a room 20' away from it), this place left a lot to be desired. As for the breakfast, the best indicator on the quality was the fact that the majority of the people in the dining area were eating stuff they had brought from Whataburger. It was basically 4 different cereals and what looked to be old muffins..I get the fact that this is more of a budget friendly hotel, but small details make a whole lot of difference (friendly staff and basic upkeep of the rooms). Lastly, the fact that they didn't have "do not disturb/come back later" hangtags was the last straw. Perhaps they knew they weren't going to be touching up the room during our 3 night stay.

The hotel was far far away from everything. The rugs of the hotel were very dirty and smell very very bad. The shower had heard and block stuff in the edges of the shower that looked like mold.

WHEN WE WENT TO OPEN THE FRIDGE, ROACHES CAME OUT AND RAN EVERYWHERE. THE BATHTUB FAUCETS WERE VERY LOOSE AND HARD TO USE. I WOULD RECOMMENT DAILY CLEANING VERSUS EVERY OTHER DAY. THE SIGN ACTUALLY SAYS EVERY OTHER DAY.

Please DON'T STAY HERE. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The carpet was so dirty in all the hotel, the elevator was super dirty. The worst thing was the room. We found a cockroach on the floor. It was super disgusting. Not recommended at all. Breakfast was so plain, not a lot of options. Only bread, juice and coffee.

This hotel is RIGHT next to Six Flags. We went during a more "off season" time. The room was large and very open. There's no hallway type area when you walk in. Our fridge didn't work and they have a policy that they can't move them from room to room. Once we unpacked we were offered another room which we declined. It was easy to hear everything in the hallway. For the price it was fine. The really cool thing is that our room on floor 6? was straight on to the fireworks show at Six Flags. You might want to call ahead to see if you can reserve a room for the show.

We stayed on the 1st floor near an outside door. Only issue with that is the door would slam when someone walked out. It did not close slowly on its own. Dealt with the loud bangs all night. Management needs to fix the issue.

The phone didn't work, wifi didn't seem to be free, the sink didn't drain appropriately, the rooms don't have microwaves.

$4 per night parking and $100 deposit were a surprise. Room was supposed to have a microwave and fridge. Fridge but no microwave. Was told that microwaves were on the 2nd floor (we were on the 1st). Was told that one would be moved to our room, but never was. Room was fine. Bed and bathroom were ok. No drawer space anywhere. Carpet was pretty dirty based on my kids feet after walking around for a while. Water in bathroom sink struggled to get out. Seems like aerator needed to be cleaned. Door was hard to open. TV remote was super finicky. Breakfast wasn't that great. Mostly carbs: bagels, cereal, muffins, juice, oatmeal. There was a small yogurt bar that my family enjoyed, but nothing hot. Cold hard boiled eggs were available to be warmed in the microwave by the front desk. The dining area was pretty small and during the busy time it was hard to move around. There were quite a few fruit flies in the rooms. The staff did clean the room while we were gone so that was nice. The AC did it's job for sure. Was actually too cold at times. Better that than too hot. We did get to hear the fireworks from fiesta texas each night, so there's that. Overall it was a fine stay. The room was comfortable enough, staff was helpful enough, and the price was manageable. Hopefully my deposit comes back without too much hassle. We might stay again. It was in a very convenient part of town for what we needed.

The bathroom door was very hard to open/close due to being unleveled. 17yr old daughter needed help on it. Tv never worked after trying all buttons. Housekeeping only left 3 towels instead of the 4 were originally had and beds were left unmade following day. Had to request the DO NOT DISTURB hanger due to it missing.

The staff was very hands off. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk and they didn’t share much information and were not very friendly. The floors in the room was dirty and the staff didn’t clean the room at all over the four night stay. There is no gym, microwave or coffee machine. The breakfast is free but very limited choices. There is no hot breakfast.

I didn't like that the front desk staff is always in a bad mood and responds rudely to guests' concerns. I don't think it's right that you're charging guests for parking, especially if we're frequent guests and Hilton Honors members.

If there was one positive thing about this stay, I would say that it was the proximity to the majority of the things we were in town for. Other than that, this did not feel like a Hilton Brand Hotel. From the lack of greeting on arrival (employee was more focused on her smart phone), to the toilet not working in our first assigned room, to the shower/tub not draining properly at our 2nd assigned room (no apology from the front desk for the inconvenience), to the room not being cleaned on the 2nd day (they apparently only clean on the 2nd days for customer comfort), to the dirty sheets, to the dirty hallways that seemed like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, to the employee not knowing there was an ice machine on our floor (she was cleaning a room 20' away from it), this place left a lot to be desired. As for the breakfast, the best indicator on the quality was the fact that the majority of the people in the dining area were eating stuff they had brought from Whataburger. It was basically 4 different cereals and what looked to be old muffins..I get the fact that this is more of a budget friendly hotel, but small details make a whole lot of difference (friendly staff and basic upkeep of the rooms). Lastly, the fact that they didn't have "do not disturb/come back later" hangtags was the last straw. Perhaps they knew they weren't going to be touching up the room during our 3 night stay.

This experience was terrible, I didn’t even get a chance to check in, the front desk girl was unsure what was going on and told me the Hotels.com over booked them however come to find out their maid services did not clean the rooms and therefore they could not check us in. I wasn’t the only person with this issue with them. There were 7 people that hadn’t checked in yet and she turn me away because I booked through Hotels.com they didn’t turn away those booked through Hilton even though I booked a month in advance. This was so inconvenient being spring break getting there after 10pm excepting to have no problems to having to find another hotel on the spot with no help from them. Every hotel in the area was booked for spring break. I hope no one stays here. If you do I wish you the best of luck! I hope they fire that person who did not do their job. I will never book there again.

We called to ensure we could get a late check out due to being better for a conference before booking the room, they ensured us of a 3:00 check out. The next day the new staff on shift said no, they’re not sure who told us that but the latest they could allow us to check out was 1:00. Regardless of what we were told prior to booking (& being that was the only reason we booked it) they did not budge. Also, they advertise breakfast & that was an absolute joke. Two kinds of cereal & a bagel is not enough to be considered offering a full breakfast. The front desk staff was not pleasant when we brought them our issue regarding the check out. The only friendly staff there was were the cleaning ladies. To top it all off they only have 1 cart for luggage. Needless to say, never again & I don’t recommend it.

First of all the young lady that checked me in was not the friendliest. So after a long day of flights and traveling that just sucked to have suck unfriendly person at the hotel. Went to my room and jumped in the shower to realize there were no towels. Called downstairs to let her know and she refused to bring me any towels stating that protocol said she couldn’t leave the front desk and that I would have to come down and get them myself. Remember I’m wet in the shower. I had to dry myself with the shirt I had just taken off to go downstairs and get towels. Come back up stairs to finish my shower to then realize that there was no soap in the shower either so I had to shower with shampoo. There was a few small things in the garbage telling me that no one had cleaned that room at all. So needless to say I will not be staying in this hotel ever again.

This would’ve been a higher rated review since our stay was great, within minutes of La Cantera, fresh towels in the room when we came back after a long day and room was very accommodating. However, I have been attempting to contact the hotel for an item I accidentally left behind but it’s been a day and a half and no one seems to answer the phone… it’s pretty ridiculous..

Stay here often. 2-3 times a year. Love how close it is to Six Flags. Great price. This last stay they started introducing a parking fee per night. We would get back late evening and the parking lot was full. Most of the cars taking up the parking spots did not have parking permits. So why am I paying for parking if it’s not being enforced?

Was expecting more from a Hilton. They charge you $4 a day for parking with security. Never once saw a security guard or truck driving around. The room was nice, but the bathroom needed work. Tiny tub with a big bar that takes up most of the space. The toilet seat was loose and falling off which made it a challenge to use the toilet. The sink was also falling off of the wall. Set my toiletries bag down and it shifted. Was scared to use the sink. Breakfast wasn't great. I did like that they had yogurt toppings. If you want a fuller breakfast or late night snack there is a Whataburger conveniently across the street. Overall, not impressive. Not enough to make me want to stay again and spend extra money just because it's a Hilton.

They charge $5 for parking, rediculaus for a hotel like this. The breakfast was terrible, they only had bagels, cereal and old hard boiled eggs. The milk was luke warm, not sure it was safe to drink, opened a cream cheese it was also warm and curdled. The worst thing was the coffee, so watered down you could see the bottom of your cup. Watered down orange juice. Cutting corners like this is just silly. Overall the hotel is clean. Staff is indifferent.

The room they gave me was filthy; there was water spilled in the bathroom, and the floor was dirty. It doesn't seem fair to pay for parking because you're supposed to be paying for the room, not being a stranger. They ask for a $100 deposit, which they receive immediately, but I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get mine back. I think it's a terrible hotel; I'll never stay there again.

El hotel esta bien, solamente cuando llegamos había jovenes fumando marihuana en el área de alberca, lo preferí por que tenía desayuno pero el desayuno no era nada bueno, lo único que valía la pena fue el jugo de naranja artificial.

Staff was polite when I made it there the water was turn off in the whole hotel we had to leave and go use the rest room some where else and the water stayed off for 4 hours no visible cameras the hotel carpet was stained it also had a bad odor throughout the hotel and my cover had blood spots on it the worst hotel experience I ever had
