We ended up only staying 1 of our 3 prepaid nights because the room was so dirty and dated and we decided to cut our losses and drive back the 3 hours home. The pillows smelled like armpits. One of the elevators was broken. The rooms were very dark, dusty and in desperate need of a refresh to be made modern. The carpet had huge rips. Hardly any light. Lots of highway noise. Also the front desk attendant told us to not leave anything in our car because it was a popular area for car theft, which I know is common sense and we wouldn’t leave valuables out, but still made us uneasy. The whole hotel needs to be renovated to be up to the standard we are accustomed to from other Drury locations (like the ones off 1604). Will never ever stay here again

Very clean, staff was always kind and helpful from the front desk to the ones preparing food and any maintenance workers we encountered. The evening food and drink was a nice amenity which most places don’t offer. We always stay here when we come to San Antonio.
