Room and hotel were clean. Front desk staff was not super friendly or helpful. Asked to extend my stay since I had a pet and could not take to SeaWorld. Was told that was not problem but to tell staff in the morning. Talked at 7am and they said not an option, so I had then bought tickets to a park that I could not go to.

Breakfast was very good The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good The rooms are nice but at the end when I went to go check out there was a discrepancy in my final balance and that is issue right now that I am still going through so I can't give this hotel no more stars than two to three stars

Breakfast was good and I thoroughly enjoyed the coffee set up.

The stay was great, the room was clean and put together nicely for us when we arrived, we were also lucky to have a room next to a side entrance and the pool so it was nice and convenient to be going in and out. The breakfast was good! My daughter loved the automatic pancake maker and enjoyed all the other options they had offered. Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely stay again
