I guess you get what you pay for. Property is in really bad shape. Heat was cranked to 82 when we arrived. Elevator doesn’t work so you have to haul your heavy luggage up the stairs. Not a nice hotel at all. I would not stay her again.

Really enjoy y stay here, the staff is accommodating and professional. The property is kept clean, the pool is well maintained, and the location is great. I will definitely recommend to my friends looking for a place to stay when their in town.

The only thing I liked was some of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. It was dirty, most the lights in the room were very dim or didn't work at all. I am handicapped and it was extremely hard for me to get around in the room. Stove top barely worked. Room overall was not clean. Laundry accommodations were ridiculous, 4 working washers, 1 dryer was actually working. I am handicapped and there were no support bars in the bathroom, toilet was too low, air conditioner barely worked. I am pretty sure if the health department inspected this place they would close them down.

I liked having access to clean towels or linens everyday if needed. I did not like that the laundry room would be closed at 9 pm because that is also where the ice machine is located. Otherwise it was a good stay.

I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels., which is ok since we don't need them, but for anyone trying to stay here, remember to pack your own.

The building was in good condition. My room was spacious and clean. Refrigerator and freezer did not work. Trash cart was overflowing with trash. Neighbor on Opposite side of, made it difficult to sleep. Played their music loud and all night. On the 6th call to front desh they finally answered. Said they wouid go take care of it. At 5am. It happened again next night and early morning. Again front desk did not answer phone. Another issue on second night was a person trying to kick open the door to room next to mine at 330am and lasted off and on till about 430a. It was reported to maintenence guy that was in room on other side. If staying at this crack hotel, dont plan to get much sleep.

The space of the room is generous. It's unfortunate that the motel is not kept up AT ALL! There was mold around the shower, the microwave looked like someone warmed foil in it a few hundred times, the noise level was unbearable, riffraff hanging around the property, trash all over the outer areas

While the staff was friendly, the hotel was unfortunately quite dirty. The tub appeared uncleaned, towels seemed unwashed, and there were crayon marks on the floor and walls. Additionally, both the walls and bed frames had noticeable scratches. To top it off, the restroom door was so damaged it couldn't even close. If you're just looking for a quick overnight stay, it might be okay , but we found the lack of cleanliness and privacy made it super uncomfortable.

The plus was the location is close to the airport. The room did not fit the description and pictures. When we entered the room there were several flys and a terrible Oder. The dresser was missing a drawer, the microwave was missing, the floor had several cracks in it, the walls had several holes in them, and the shower control knob was cracked. I booked for three nights. We stayed the first night and decided to travel out to the gulf for the 4th of July. We left most of our luggage in the room since we had two more nights that I paid for. We did spend the second night at a much better hotel in corpus Christy. We returned for the third night only to discover the room key didn’t work and when we peaked into the window, our belongings were gone. I immediately went to the front desk and the receptionist said that they thought we left. They had our belongings packed up. She also said they performed maintenance in the room while we were gone. After retrieving my stuff they gave me a new room key. When I opened the door, you could see water on the floor in several areas and when I walked on the floor, more water came through the cracks. The girl said she would talk to the manager about refunding the 2nd night and she would call me. That never happened.

No Wi-Fi inside rooms- Door to room takes 5 minutes just to open- AC sounds like a truck starting up while running beware. Rooms are big and clean. Kitchen are nice. Lock your doors. 5 out of 10 If price is a concern this is the place for you-

Air conditioner was not working maintenance was sent he needed to change out whole A/C and also bring a remote because there was not one in room.Next morning was going to shower and shower head was not working so we had to shower using the ice bucket to bathe .Called front desk I was put on the list for maintenance to go check in the morning then 10:00 came around and he had not gone and we needed to shower because check out time was at 11:00.I called front desk she said that she would see where he was at so he can come to my room asked for extended check time since all three of us needed to shower was told the latest I could have was 11:30.The maintenance man left at 10:22 we got in shower and then the hot water was not working and the water pressure was barely nothing so we had to shower with cold water.

Toilet didn’t work. Asked for a change in room but they couldn’t do it. A worker came in and sort of fixed it and told us that every time we use it to add water to the tank so we can flush it! Not a good experience. The girl at the check in desk was nice but couldn’t really solve the problem.

Landscape looked very bad, room door did not shut all the way. Hotel room had a lot of flies and roaches, had to buy bug spray because there was so many. Very noisy, could hear people in all rooms connected to my room. Very close to airport and could hear planes taking off and landing. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will not return.

The first room I was given smelled musty/mildewy and the AC wasn't working. Room was definitely well used. Office was apologetic and gave me a new room that was much better. I liked the eating nook and kitchenette; plenty of space to eat and prepare meal. Bathroom had newer pop-in surround that was mold-free (yay). Bed was made with top sheet over blanket which I thought was weird but, no biggie, I just flipped and remade bed myself. No trash can found in room, but that was okay since it was just an overnighter before catching an early morning flight...5 min away from SAT airport! Stairwells at either end of wings and an elevator in the center made getting to the third floor easy. My second room did not smell but outside was littered with cigarette butts. Overall, convenient and, traveling as single female, I felt safe. For my purposed, it worked. :)

Place was not like the pictures. First room we were in smelled like smoke and we chose non smoking. They were nice enough to move us to another room and it was a bit nicer but nothing like the pictures that are shown online. They need a lot of maintenance on their furniture and lights(broken switches) Overall it was ok for one night but wouldn’t go back and definitely don’t recommend it.

The desk clerk took the initiative to find me a super safe room location - staying alone can be scary sometimes - I didn’t even ask so it was a wonderful gift! She was sharp and effecient also!

First when i got to the property it looked nothing like the pictures online it was very dim i felt very unsafe i walked into the lobby and was greeted by signs everywhere saying cash only which i did not have now check in was a 3pm i get there at 5:45 pm and they tell me they dont have any rooms availble and that it would be 45 min to and hour before she might have a room then we left investicating further in reviews saw complaints of fresh sheets not being on beds possible bed bugs roaches in the kitchen area doors that would not latch i felt very unsafe and 3 hours after check in i didnt have a room so i was forced to go to another hotel candlewood where i had an amazing experience then this place still had the audacity to charge me for the room which i will be handleing today

There were bugs, stove was broken, smelled terrible, shower wasn’t cleaned, I asked for extra pillows and towels and they had none, we got locked out of our room and had trouble opening our door multiple times, the floors are so dirty it made everyone’s feet black, bathroom sink clogged, WiFi was 50/50, and the tv remote didn’t work. Bathroom room door didn’t close.Other than that tho it was pretty good

Due to air flight arrived late. Got to the hotel and the door was locked to the lobby with a sign stating will be back in a few minutes. Twenty minutes later staff showed up in car. The day before checkout advised the receptionist I had an early flight. When trying to check out at 4:30 AM the door was locked and no one was available. I had to leave and catch my early flight so I couldn’t turn in my room keys because the doors were locked.

The first room they gave us was non-smoking yet it smelled horrible. Plus the toilet was clogged and they didn't have maintenance on site. They moved us to another room however it was dirty and the AC would keep turning off all night. I would not recommend this hotel.

absolutely pathetic..... im literally sleeping in my truck because my key doesnt work and the front door has a sign that says "be back in 5 mins" on the door for over 2 hours now. i have been calling non stop for 2 hours and NO answer. i want my money refunded

Landscape looked very bad, room door did not shut all the way. Hotel room had a lot of flies and roaches, had to buy bug spray because there was so many. Very noisy, could hear people in all rooms connected to my room. Very close to airport and could hear planes taking off and landing. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will not return.

There is no dinner in the area unless you want to travel. The hotel is dated and need some repairs but it was the best cost for the busy weekend.

The difference between this property and 2 others in the medical center area that I stayed in previously is night and day. This property maintains the property. It's clean. The maintenance staff is quick to reply and get anything fixed and my circumstance. I've prolonged my stay because of all of this. The staff is very friendly. I can't say enough of the different. Please take to heed and drive the extra 7 miles and do not stay in the medical center area at either. Heard the one on fredericksburg, off of fredericksburg, or the itin worsbach.Those two properties are not kept up and are terrible.This property is the best.The pool is sparkling.They keep the laundry room clean.I mean, I can't say enough.This is a great place.It is older, it's been around a while.But it still doesn't matter.The rooms are great, and it's night and day
