Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to formally notify you of a serious concern regarding our stay at your hotel. We are currently staying in room 612 from august 7 to august 9 During our stay, I developed multiple red, raised bites on my body. My baby has also developed multiple bites while staying in the same room. After noticing the bites, I inspected the mattress and found what appear to be possible signs of bed bugs, including suspicious dark/reddish spots and material along the mattress seams. I have photographs of the condition of the mattress and our bites. Because both my baby and I have developed these lesions while staying in this room, I am formally requesting that the hotel immediately investigate the room and have it inspected by a qualified pest control professional. I am also requesting that the hotel preserve any relevant evidence, including the mattress, bedding, room-cleaning records, pest-control records, inspection records, and any complaints or reports concerning bed bugs in this room or nearby rooms. Please provide me with written confirmation of the steps the hotel is taking in response to this report. I am documenting this incident and reserving all of my rights regarding any medical expenses, personal property/luggage treatment, additional expenses, and other damages that may result from this incident. I expect the hotel to take this matter seriously, particularly because an infant is among the guests affected. Sincerely, Raul Adame and Ingrid

Our room was clean! It was very hott and no commentary breakfast. You had to pay for everything from the water to the coffee to the internet! The room was expensive and yet you had to pay for everything normally the coffee in the room was free nope never again will we come here first hotel ever
