There was nothing good are nice about that place. They lie about breakfast. There was no one there that was friendly at all. The ice machine wasn’t working. The washer and dry didn’t even work. Sad to say that the pool was very very dirty and green was in the water. In my room where I was horribly staying in, the bed was not clean right the roll away bed had nasty spots in the pillows. The icebox and the microwave was dirty and didn’t work, the telephone was broken etc. That was the horrible stay at any motel are hotel that I had ever been too.

First room toilet was backed up and would not flush. The next room was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom cracks exposed in the ceiling in the living room carpets were dirty, stained walls and assorted other. The hotel did not offer coffee or breakfast as stated there was no coffee in the room towels were staying stained, and not enough. Staff stated they were going through renovations, which the rooms showed they really really needed. This was the most discouraging day we have ever been on. We know that the hotel room was low priced, but did not feel the price matched the poor quality of the rooms and Services. Expedia should be ashamed to even advertise this property. Very disappointed.

The 1 bright spot was Mrs. Sandra the housekeeper, she really made sure we had towels and bathroom tissue when we needed them. I would not recommend anyone of my family or friends staying at this location.

Last minute overnight stay to beat the heat. The pool was clean and not crowded. The air conditioning worked wonderfully (ours broke that morning at home which is why we needed to cool down). I booked online and found everything we desired at a reasonable price. Check in was easy and the young lady who checked us in casually told me that the room we picked was not available so she upgraded us to a suite. The service at this Super 8 is above average. No problems only solutions with a caring attitude. This was my second visit and I will be going back again and again. It is not new and shiny but clean and comfortable is all I need. When i factor in a fair price and good service, I am a happy bargain hunter:)

This was a horrible stay…as you walked in it smelled like wet dog. There was a spider in the bath tub. There was no soap of any kind in the room, the hair dryer was broken. The ceiling in the restroom has stains like rust water. The coffee pot was broken and there was no coffee in the room. I will not be staying here again and don’t recommend to anyone. For the price this room should have been well kept but it was trash. Very dissatisfied and disappointed for my first visit to San Antonio.

We checked in at around 9 pm. Main lobby was closed and we had to go to a window in the entrance to announce ourselves. The man Jo came to check us in looked tired’. We drove around to our room and the key card didn’t work; back to the fron got new card entered the room and turn on the lights bathroom fan screetched and no light in bathroom. Back to the desk and got new room and once again the card didn’t work. Back to the front for new card. We had booked for 2 nights and prepaid so were stuck there. Every time we tried to access the room the card never worked. The room was not good. Chair had stains; carpet dirty; dirt in corners of bathroom.

The worst place I've ever stayed & I travel a lot. The door lock was broken, the toilet seat broke off when I lifted it up, there were visible dead & live roaches, burns on the comforter & sheets & the sheets were also stained. We didn't remove our clothes because we were too disgusted by the filthy conditions. At 5am, someone from the front desk used a key to try & enter our room with an obviously intoxicated stranger who said he left something in the room. We left immediately. Every single person I saw there looked like a prostitute, a pimp or a drug dealer. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I reserved a room for non smoking I get there , the room smelled like smoke , there was a blunt roched someone left on the bed rest, there was no towels walls floor ceilings was dirty when I tried to leave the room the door handle from the inside came off , I checked in at 7pm and literally checked out at 11pm I didn't stay the night at all.

Our room was not cleaned before we checked in. There was old food in the fridge, trash around the room, dirty towels, and a wad of spit/snot in the sink. After seeing all of this we chose to not stay and just left that same night.

This hotel had nothing but crackheads staying at it and the pictures are a scam. There was seman stains and blood stains on the beds, the room smelt like a pack of cigarettes and there were multiple German roaches that came out. We ended up not staying here and they refuse to give us our money back.

The manager noticed we reserved a smoking room, (my fault as I didn’t notice until the day of on the way there) and saw that we had a child and got us a non smoking room! But as it comes the room still smelled horrible, we didn’t expect it to be all that anyways concerning it’s a super 8 in the outskirts of San Antonio. So we didn’t complain as it was of our choosing anyways. But lol no fire alarm just exposed wires, phone wasn’t plugged into anything, light in the bathroom didn’t have a cover so wires were exposed. Bed sheets had tiny holes in them. BUT smelled clean so there was that lol along with the towels! Bathroom also had two switches on the inside but both were turning on a fan… but it made it really hot in the bathroom some how.. maybe it was a heater ? lol anyways we really weren’t all that upset or anything since we knew what we were choosing lol.

So we didn’t complain as it was of our choosing anyways. But lol no fire alarm just exposed wires, phone wasn’t plugged into anything, light in the bathroom didn’t have a cover so wires were exposed. Bed sheets had tiny holes in them. BUT smelled clean so there was that lol along with the towels! Bathroom also had two switches on the inside but both were turning on a fan… but it made it really hot in the bathroom some how.. maybe it was a heater ? lol anyways we really weren’t all that upset or anything since we knew what we were choosing lol.

Reserved a king room in the middle of winter. Arrived and they room was cold, the heat didnt work, doors were damaged inside. The room smelled like smoke and it was a nonsmoking room. I told the guy desk at the front desk and he said that we didnt leave the heat on long enough for it to start working. After explaining to him that we had it running for 30 minutes and it was still blowing he said well it worked for the last people. He told me that there were not any other open rooms and that he would need to go check the heat. After he checked the heat all of a sudden there was another room for us. He moved us room but the room conditions were not any better. Doors damaged, no hairdryer, no shampoo, no hand soap, toliets were stopped up.

I reserved a room for non smoking I get there , the room smelled like smoke , there was a blunt roched someone left on the bed rest, there was no towels walls floor ceilings was dirty when I tried to leave the room the door handle from the inside came off , I checked in at 7pm and literally checked out at 11pm I didn't stay the night at all.

The worst place I've ever stayed & I travel a lot. The door lock was broken, the toilet seat broke off when I lifted it up, there were visible dead & live roaches, burns on the comforter & sheets & the sheets were also stained. We didn't remove our clothes because we were too disgusted by the filthy conditions. At 5am, someone from the front desk used a key to try & enter our room with an obviously intoxicated stranger who said he left something in the room. We left immediately. Every single person I saw there looked like a prostitute, a pimp or a drug dealer. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Have never had this before. Paid for my room online get here and guys says card machine not working i say its already paid for he says that wont work. I show him my receipt and confirmation number still says i need cash. Mind you i have been driving all day and just wont the room i paid for. Anyway i end up paying for another room cause at this point im furious with this guy. I will never stay here again. BS.

This place was terrible, I could even stay for a minute, I have booked non-smoking room through Hotels.com, then I got the room and it has very bad smell, and the trash cans were full, it seems it was used before we get it, the room was in a terrible condition. Then I went back to talk to the front desk agent, he told me this is the only room he has, and I can tell the place was empty there were 4 or 5 cars only in the parking lot, I told him I don't want the room he said he will refund me if the agent called him then I have left and I contacted Hotels.com the agent contacted the front desk guy and he told the agent that he offered me another room which is not correct, anyway the agent told me that he can't do anything since he followed the procedure! I don’t know how Hotels.com listed that property in thier listing and it has very bad reviews and reputation, also as a customer they should protect me, but that didn’t happen and they believed that front desk guy, this is totally unacceptable. Lesson learned, I will never use Hotels.com again or any third party booking company. And don't even think to stay in this property.

Was not expecting much but desk person could not find my payment confirmation. They wanted me to cancel and rebook which is shady at best. Once that issue was resolved the room was ok. Non smoking room with the lingering odor of cigarette smoke. Final issue there was zero soap, shampoo or conditioner. At least provide the basics!

We liked the location. Inappropriate measures for an emergency Situation. Needs more stairs. Room was dirty, after driving 13 hrs we needed some rest. Stayed at other super 8 . Very impressed. This one was bad. Water wasn’t hot, dirty floors, dead bugs behind bed frame, looked like a dead cockroach in bathroom light. Outside of microwave was filthy. I didn’t feel comfortable there, but there was no refund and we ended up leaving early. We wouldn’t recommend this one and won’t come back.

Run , Don’t book this place. It’s not like the pictures is a horrible place , no even for animals. Please avoid this hotel. Dirty , Rare people around , Rooms are so old and disgusting.

The manager noticed we reserved a smoking room, (my fault as I didn’t notice until the day of on the way there) and saw that we had a child and got us a non smoking room! But as it comes the room still smelled horrible, we didn’t expect it to be all that anyways concerning it’s a super 8 in the outskirts of San Antonio. The guy working at the front desk (don’t know if he was a manager or what) was an absolutely delight and very friendly. However the room that we got was absolutely garbage. Water was leaking from the roof onto the carpet so the room had a moldy nasty smell and the floor leading to the bathroom was wet. The coffee pot wasn’t working and was missing the pot. The restroom was not clean at all and the toilet was broken. Should’ve gone to a different hotel instead.

There was nothing good are nice about that place. They lie about breakfast. There was no one there that was friendly at all. The ice machine wasn’t working. The washer and dry didn’t even work. Sad to say that the pool was very very dirty and green was in the water. In my room where I was horribly staying in, the bed was not clean right the roll away bed had nasty spots in the pillows. The icebox and the microwave was dirty and didn’t work, the telephone was broken etc. That was the horrible stay at any motel are hotel that I had ever been too.

First room toilet was backed up and would not flush. The next room was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom cracks exposed in the ceiling in the living room carpets were dirty, stained walls and assorted other. The hotel did not offer coffee or breakfast as stated there was no coffee in the room towels were staying stained, and not enough. Staff stated they were going through renovations, which the rooms showed they really really needed. This was the most discouraging day we have ever been on. We know that the hotel room was low priced, but did not feel the price matched the poor quality of the rooms and Services. Expedia should be ashamed to even advertise this property. Very disappointed.

I would not recommend anyone of my family or friends staying at this location.

This was a horrible stay…as you walked in it smelled like wet dog. There was a spider in the bath tub. There was no soap of any kind in the room, the hair dryer was broken. The ceiling in the restroom has stains like rust water. The coffee pot was broken and there was no coffee in the room. I will not be staying here again and don’t recommend to anyone. For the price this room should have been well kept but it was trash. Very dissatisfied and disappointed for my first visit to San Antonio.
