the breakfast doesn't have enough variety and the condiments didn't match what was being served. the only option for fresh fruit was only a banana need more variety. other than that, the room was clean the property was clean, and the staff was friendly. the disadvantage is that there is no elevator and only 1 set of stairs.

When we got there the room was super dirty it looked like someone just rushed the restroom. And it smells like mold when you walk in. I had to change my room key 5 times because it wouldn’t work. The pool was green and people were swimming in it.

Only recommendation would be for the pet area. A gate to close to let the pet off its leash so they can do their business, and post signs that owners must clean after their pet. Also a bench so customers can sit

For starters they are separate buildings. I WOULD NOT recommend staying here, 1) they do not have elevators so you have to walk up stairs with your luggage 2) you’ll arrive to a HOT room 3) shower drain was clogged 4) the ac makes so much noise 5) bed was so hard so be ready to make a chiropractic appointment 6) it also smells old and is VERY outdated .

Stayed for 3 nights. The room's bathroom, linens, furniture and floors were clean. It was sufficient for my needs as I really just needed a place to sleep between conference sessions. LOTS of shopping and dining options nearby. Only 10 minutes to get downtown (Alamo, Riverwalk, etc.) My room was quiet, though I could hear the shower running next door, but good water pressure in the showers so can't complain too much. Staff were great! Some notes: there was an odd smell in my room that I quickly grew noseblind to while in the room but was noticeable each time I re-entered the room. There is no elevator to the second floor, but they did give me a choice of ground level or second when I checked in and offered to help with my bags. It's definitely an older hotel, but it met my needs.

There was roaches in the unit. Also apparently the hotel water pipe is rusty. When turning the water on it was orange. I normally also book with Laquinta stay anywhere I travel but apparently this was one of the oldest facilities. I was not pleased and I had my family.

Excellent hotel, wonderful customer service, rooms were very clean (probably one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in), room was comfortable. Staff was constantly cleaning the floors in hallways, sidewalks, and they had security in parking lot. I’ll definitely stay there again.

The staff and service were excellent. The one issue that kept me for giving this property better rating was that I had to deal with bed bugs during my stay, obviously not a pleasant experience.

Everything was good with the exception of the smell of the room. It reeked of animal urine and you could see spots on the carpet where there were stains. Behind the headboard there was also a very bad smell of animal. We took our pets so I'm not sure if they give specific rooms to people who check in with their pets. The room definitely needs to be closed down while they repair carpets and floors.

When we arrived, there was leftover food and sandals from another person. This is disgusting to end up, trying to shower and finding somebody else’s hair because it’s independently owned. I didn’t even wanna waste my time talking to the owner. My recommendation is find a different hotel. you pay what you get, but this was way overpriced for their garbage.

The room was clean, it had good A/C, it was quiet, friendly staff and good breakfast. The access to the hotel was difficult, a lot of traffic in that street. The hotel needs an upgrade for sure, the price is affordable, would not recommend if you’re expecting something extraordinary. It’s a 2.5 out of 5.

The staff is incompetent and cost me a nights sleep that was fairly important considering I had to work a 12 hour shift on 2 hours of sleep. They Wi-Fi never work and bed was like sleeping on a concrete floor.

Check in was easy and the staff was great. Full hot breakfast was good. The location right of I-37 is perfect for us as we go straight down to Port Aransas. Only thing that was aggravating is we were next to the ice machine. Several people were getting ice at 5:00am and woke us up.

The bed was a little harder than we like but not unbearable. Only complaint was at check in. The guy was not friendly at all. Seemed bothered we interrupted his Taco Bell meal at 10:30pm. Breakfast lacked options like bacon and sausage but the eggs and potatoes were warm.

Told us at check in they don’t clean the rooms due to Covid, so we had to pile out dirty towels and get new ones every day along with toilet paper. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, hardly able to sleep. Complementary breakfast was horrible. And to top it all off, a maintenance man barged into our room at 7am while we were sleeping, no knock, told him to get out cause we sleep naked. Called front desk pissed off and they said it was a mistake, no apology or nothing. Needless to say we won’t be coming back.

Check in agent was rude. The room, however, was clean. I didn’t understand the concept of checking in and walking back across the parking lot to my room, glad it wasn’t raining! The beds were comfortable and access to gas stations was quick.

No complaints. The only thing that went wrong was that my door key was deactivated for some reason. It was quickly fixed. I had everything I needed for my stay.

I didn't like that Kamal charged us $30 for an earlier check-in, having clean and available rooms already. Greedy! I have checked in at many hotels earlier, never been charged anything (that's customer service). At 9am they started to pick up the breakfast food (which was not even the best, but bananas?... lot of bananas). They are observing the rules, I understand that. But to go the extra mile... that's the bottom line! Didn't happened here.

The staff was great! My fiance is handicapped and the staff went above and beyond to help out. I will definitely continue to book my stays at this hotel just because of how accommodating they were to us.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, and the area is sketchy. They do block most of the entrances besides the main road because of homeless people on the streets. They want to keep out the riffraff. They do have security guard at night but then again most places do in this area of town. The manage, a gentleman who is in his 50’s maybe is very nice and helpful. My room was not nasty but for $55 a night you get what you pay for. If you’re broke as hell, I would recommend this place if you have to stay in this part of town. House services were very nice as well.

The staff was great. Location to shopping. (WALMART) DINNING (So many choices) is an understatement . If you do not want to drive you can walk. Great location!!!! Managers for arrival and check out were great!

The stay was good and breakfast was ok the only thing that was concerning that there was cops every day i was there we only stayed 2 days and the cops were there both days...... other than thatvit was good 👍

Clean and friendly staff! Breakfast is good too. Great location to lots of restaurants and stores. We would recommend staying here versus downtown. The price is great also.

breakfast area was very small and overflowing with people never got a chance to get our breakfast constantly overrun the juices were very watered down just terrible

Property is older and has a couple of things that might requiere an upgrade soon but all in good conditions. Hotel room is clean and didn’t have any issues with neighbors. The only thing is that as a solo female traveler there were a lot of blue collared men and their big work trucks so please be cautions of your surroundings at all times and lock your doors. Breakfast was not the best and limited options available. Lots of food and shopping options in the area tho.

It was a decent stay but there were a couple of things that happened that were off putting. We got in around midnight and front desk staff was nice and helpful with finding the room. The room itself was hot and took a while to cool off. Breakfast was okay, just not enough chairs for the tables and not much “hot food” only eggs and sausage links, but we were able to fill up. While we stepped out housekeeping came and tidied our room however after we got back about an hour later housekeeping tried to open our door. We didn’t hear a knock just the key card and latch opening which was weird and when we opened the door they just asked if we needed housekeeping, which they had already done. Later in the evening, we had to ask the front desk staff to come help with the tv because the remotes don’t let you do anything except change the channel and volume, but it was stuck in a different language. He changed the settings but as he was leaving he turned around and asked my daughter if she wanted to come with him and said he had candy. Husband thinks he was being friendly but I found it creepy. The beds were also small and uncomfortable. I don’t think it’s a terrible stay for 1-2 people for a night, it was clean and staff were friendly enough, but I don’t think I will find myself there with my family again.

Our stay was good. We were there only one night. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff at the lobby was very friendly.. The Gym it’s not big but everything was clean and working properly. Breakfast was decent. I only had cereal and yogurt so not sure about the other items how they tasted. I would recommend staying for the price. Everything was good.
