The room when I had got there smelled of mold , and there was hair in the bathtub still ,and no towels in the room other than 2 washcloths . I had traveled with my family who was in the sweet up the stairs in the lobby they had told my mom she would have a room with a pull out couch and it didn’t have one and the couch was stained badly with white stains and the closet was filled with dust you can see packing up in layers on the shelves you could also see stains on the walls everywhere . Their room smelled worse of mold than mine . The ceiling was leaking and puddles of water were forming in the mom’s room even if she has just wiped it it would form another puddle 10 mins later . When I went to ask the front desk for towels they told me I could only have 2 and gave me tiny towels I’m glad I brought 3 of my own for the beach . The hot tub was broken not working at all . They also charge a 100$ fee for if something breaks and even if you keep the room how it was when you came they won’t give you the money back . breakfast was just bagels , some cereal , and not even ready made waffles you had to make them yourself and there was long lines.Also they don’t have blackout curtains up in the rooms located outside and the lights are on all night people were loud and knocking on doors at 2am . I highly don’t recommend this hotel at all .
