Hello there .we usually travel not alot but mostly to the Island of South Padre Island. We have stayed on several other hotels..but these one beats them all. Everything starts at the front door. No greetings at all.the place looks good but a damp smell. The water on the hot tub was not hot i ask one your employee the night maintenance if he can raise the temperature on the hot tube.he gave me attitude and said it wasn't working. I said too bad it was warmer earlier no action what so ever.but I did slept good. .thank you. Your Personal staff needs more courtesy if you want more vacationing people to come back I'm not one of them.. thanks again.

Clean and quiet and in a great part of south Padre. Keep in mind to read the policy. It does require a deposit of $100 that you get back a couple days after checking out. Also, DO NOT LOSE your parking pass. It's a $25 replacement fee and there is nowhere near by to park for free and they will tow you if you don't have it. The staff here is amazing. And it was really clean in our room.

Everything was great the only thing I found was the lamp cap were rusted or stain with a reddish color other than may stay was very pleasant.
