Isla Grand Beach Resort

They have changed some of their policies and now early check in is at 1 so we couldn’t get the bracelets to at least hang out at the pool til then. Check in is later than most hotels I’ve stayed at and they take their time to get you the room. I wasn’t able to check in until 4:30. When we finally got our room, restroom smelled like wet dog and tub was dirty. We ended up using the room for 3 hours at most and left. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Great resort. Easy access to nice beach great pool restaurants. Close to food and everything. Easy access to everything

Poolside bar frozen drinks, colorful lounge chairs & umbrellas, 2 pools very nice, easy access to the beach, crab races on wed is a must, easy walk to shops, restaurant was good however short walk to Yummies restaurant the food was delicious and biscotti cookie cheesecake is a must! Uber to/from hotel 42.00 each way, free metro shuttle along the island was fantastic, you can take it to Port Isabel also. Can't wait to go back!

Our room was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Two pools with plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate the guests. The breakfast in the Windjammer was very good with a great view of the pools and Gulf. The world famous “Whiskey Shack” by the pools had the best bartender, Raphael! He made our days at the pool enjoyable with his service and drinks.

Todo muy limpio y bonito, solo el personal un poco empatico! Más el del bar de la alberca, no quiso dar el servicio de partir un limón porque comentó que cobrara $1 dólar! Osea era partir un limón 👀
