This hotel is located on I-35 in an area of several hotels. As a more discount hotel it is a great value for short stays. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was better-than-average and enjoyable. The building and furniture shows some wear but it appears updating and remodeling is underway.

Our room did not lock just push the door it opened. Elevator slow never knew if you were going up or down or even moving. Got locked out of the hotel our first night even though we had a 2 night stay. Found hair in our bathroom when we first walked in. Staff cleaned our room and turned off the ac after we put the sign on the door not to clean after our first night.

The staff was nice and the front lobby clean, but when I got to the floor my room was on, it was very hot in the hallway. There were tarps on the floor and extension cords running down the hallway. My room was clean, but light bulbs in two of the lamps were out, the tape and bed joints in the ceiling were coming apart, and the shower head was crusty.

We had to park on the back side so we trusted the front desk lady when she said there were working cameras. Very clean and comfortable rooms, we were running late for the breakfast but they offered to resupply whatever we wanted. Will be back as necessary!

This place was disgusting and unsanitary. It makes sense why they make these rooms non refundable. They know decent people will want their money back for how disgusting they keep these rooms. I pulled up the sheet and it had urine stains and whatever other stains there were. The doors and walls were not clean sticky to the touch actually. There was no remote and after requesting one I was never answered back or given one. There was no lighting except acouple of lamps. It was very gloomy and dirty. I left immediately.

Our room was not clean. Floors appeared unvacuumed. Numerous stains on the sofa. Partially used toilet paper rolls and roaches ran out of the coffee pot when we poured water in. Gross, we left.

This property has bugs. They were crawling across the counters. I called The booking site "Ex" for help to NO AVAIL. I ended up sleeping in my truck in the parking lot for 3 nights

Beds were clean and comfortable. The rest of the room and hotel needed a lot of maintenance and cleaning. The smoke detector had been taken off our ceiling, just wires hanging out of a hole. Also, the mirror that would normally be hanging on the wall outside of the bathroom was gone, just the metal mirror hangers screwed into the wall. The bathtub was dirty, hairs left in it, assuming it was never cleaned. Breakfast wasn’t too bad, standard hotel hot/cold buffet.

I usually stay at this hotel when im in Temple on business or traveling through to neighboring cities. My experience has been okay but the last trip and stay was the worst. The downstairs room I was given had roaches crawling on the wall and in the bathroom. I've never had this type of experience before at this hotel. Not sure whats going on. Thanks

The woman at the front desk clearly hates her life. Zero greeting or anything positive to say. Our room was sweltering when we got in it. The bathroom room was filthy. There were little curly hairs everywhere. I had to wipe the bathroom down with a washcloth and the little bar of soap. We also found a French fry and a used qtip in the pull out bed. Would never go back.

The service clerk was not friendly, or cordial. We get to the room and the power strip is unplugged, so the refrigerator was thawed out and hot with a puddle of water inside. The television had no signal. Very different experience compared to the last time i was here. Very disappointed after a very long trio to get here.

2nd time staying there. I was having problems with the WiFi going in and out. Couldn’t connect to anything. Also had problems with the ac unit. Tried putting the heater on and it wouldn’t move the temperature up to warm up my room. I didn’t have these problems last time I stayed.

A little outdated but overall it was a nice stay for the price. Breakfast as adequate with good choices. Recommend to bring your own pillows if able. Ones in room are very small and lumpy. Room was clean.

The hotel is VERY outdated. First strike was the terrible attitude of front desk staff. Everything in the room was old and outdated. Breakfast was not as advertised.....grab and go stuff.

The hotel wasn't bad for the money. My main concern was while we were gone from our room, housekeeping cleaned it, but when they left the room, they left the door open. When I went to let the front desk know about it, I noticed several other doors also left open.

The front desk staff, barely spoke a word when we checked in, the room furniture were outdated & dirty. The couch in our room was really dirty! Housekeeping still accessed our room even after we placed the privacy hanger on the door, very unacceptable!

The location is great, close to places we like to go and it’s well lit. The hotel itself was ok, it was a bit dusty and dingy. The breakfast was good and the attendant was nice and hospitable.

This property is run down and not worth the money. The smell throughout the establishment is a very strong mold smell. The only thing that would do this place some justice is a complete remodel. Do not let the pictures fool you, and don’t count on them giving you the room you pay for. It’s located next to a run down store and another beat up hotel in a very sketchy area secluded from everything else. Trust me when I say: Save your money and time!

This hotel is located on I-35 in an area of several hotels. As a more discount hotel it is a great value for short stays. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was better-than-average and enjoyable. The building and furniture shows some wear but it appears updating and remodeling is underway.

The location is great, close to places we like to go and it’s well lit. The hotel itself was ok, it was a bit dusty and dingy. The breakfast was good and the attendant was nice and hospitable.

The hotel is VERY outdated. First strike was the terrible attitude of front desk staff. Everything in the room was old and outdated. Breakfast was not as advertised.....grab and go stuff.

We had to park on the back side so we trusted the front desk lady when she said there were working cameras. Very clean and comfortable rooms, we were running late for the breakfast but they offered to resupply whatever we wanted. Will be back as necessary!

Stopped serving breakfast too early. Should serve till 10. At 8:30 there was only one sausage patty. Parking was good.

A little outdated but overall it was a nice stay for the price. Breakfast as adequate with good choices. Recommend to bring your own pillows if able. Ones in room are very small and lumpy. Room was clean.

The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, plus the breads, cereals & juices). The staff sucked though. The evening receptionist that checked us in made it obvious she didn't want to answer any questions when I called before booking and then when we arrived and I asked if our 2 rooms could be on the same floor since we were traveling with kids her response was "you'll get what's available" in an unfriendly voice. Seriously, it's a 2 story hotel. Unless they're completely sold out and we're the last people arriving for the night, there are going to be 2 rooms on the same floor. And all she had to say way "I'll try" and it would have been better than her you'll get what you get attitude. Less words too. Easier for her to say. Then at breakfast, the morning receptionist couldn't wait to get breakfast over with. It's supposed to end at 9 but she was putting stuff away before 9 and even though there were still people in the room eating food, she turned the lights out on us at 8:59. I was in shock. Might as well have just said, get out. So even though it was clean, we won't be back.

The room was clean and as expected. The breakfast was sparse and lacking compared to other hotels we normally stay at. Wasn't impressed, but it was easy to access off I-35.

Ok hotel for a low cost hotel. Served our needs while traveling through. Room could have been cleaner. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor. The shampoo and conditioner were gone. Breakfast was as good as one can expect for a free breakfast. They had eggs and sausage and biscuits and grave. Not top quality but good enough. I love the coffee machine. Fresh coffee whenever you want some.
