The bed was very comfortable and had a variety of firmness for pillows. But a fire alarm went off at 4 AM and the key card to the room often didn’t work. I liked the indoor pool and sauna and the breakfast.

It was one of the more expensive hotels, and yet the pool and hot tub were closed. The front desk guy was great, but otherwise, the hotel was overpriced, and disappointing.

The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing! Kamilia (sp?) was at the front desk and checked us in and was absolutely wonderful and helpful! I needed to do laundry and she set me up with everything I needed. She was also very knowledgeable about the area and things to do & see. Also they offered complimentary soup at 6pm which was such an unexpected treat and so delicious!! The complimentary breakfast was also A ! Great selection! I highly recommend this hotel everything about it was outstanding!

We stayed and traveled to Moab and Arches while here for 3-days. Restaurant across the street was amazing. Staff was pleasant. Loved that they had laundry on site.

The room was nice, clean and quiet. Our bed was comfy with nice linens on it. There was a good variety to select from for breakfast and they offered an extra perk of soup in the evening. The staff were all pleasant and friendly. The outside was clean with some signs of wear here and there.

Room was nice, service was good however upon leaving and checking to see we had all of our belongings we found a bag in a drawer that a previous guest had put stuffed the leftovers of a meal they had apparently eaten in the room and left them. Stupid people

We really liked our room that looked out to the mountains. Also loved the bar/restaurant which was walking distance across the street. They had some really good live music and the beer was good too!

Truthfully not very pleased. The room was extremely outdated. The fridge would turn on and each time wake us up. The AC was old and stunk. The keys did not work the first 2 times we tried. Would have expected to pay $75 at the most, not $200. Definitely felt deceived.

The hotel is very nice. We booked a room with a jetted tub and that was fantastic. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bed in the room needs a new mattress. It was quite soft and lumpy. They serve soup in the evenings to the guests and it was nice not to have to go out to dinner.

We checked in went to our room, used the bathroom and left to get food. When we returned we heard loud music and yelling outside out room, we looked out and saw a party going on on a patio outside out room, this was 9:30. I went to the front desk to ask for a room change. Laura was very rude and said she would not change our room if we had used the bathroom. I told her that a party was going on just below our room. She said, I did not know they were having a party. I was shocked and about to leave then she said she would see if she could move us. She gave us a new room but said she would need to check our room to see if she could resell, good luck with that. That party was not ending any time soon. I the new room, not coffee pot, iron and the TV did not work. This should be called uncomfort Inn.

We checked in a little after midnight. The man that checked us in was rude. Not sure if he was upset about the late check in, or just having a bad day. Otherwise, the property was nice and everything was as expected.

I was actually scheduled to stay at another hotel for the night (in Twin Falls, ID) but that was an horrible experience. I called Comfort Inn and they were able to move up my reservation giving me comfort and peace of mind. The room was clean. So important to me. I also like the breakfast provided.

Toilet was loose, no tub, no hot water in sink, tv remote only worked part of the time. Sausage has a lot of bone in it. Bagels were very hard. Could not even eat them. Only good thing was the cute young lady that checked us in.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were soft and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with attentive stafff. Would definitely stay again.

Staff at Comfort Inn Green River was exceptional. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. The location is conveniently located near the Tesla supercharger. My room had a mini fridge and a microwave which came in handy for my trip. The motel offers a free breakfast but does not include nondairy milk (for cereal or coffee) nor any potatoes, unsweetened oatmeal or many other items suitable for vegans. Vegans may not benefit much from the 'free breakfast.' The fitness room looked good as did the pool and hot tub but I didn't use either so I can't verify. The lobby area could use a good dusting for the decor on the ledges but the place was otherwise very clean and well kept.

The location is perfect for our plans, relatively close to both Arches and Goblin Valley, and we have been there before for a past trip. The breakfast was good each day. The staff was helpful each time we went to them with an issue. The problem was that there were multiple issues. The first room we were assigned smelled weird, kind of like cigarette smoke. The second room we were assigned smelled stuffy, but not as bad as the other, so we stayed there. Then there was a leak in the sink drain pipe, so water came out onto the floor each time we used it. We had to put a garbage bin below it and use a towel to clean up the puddle of water. They fixed it while we were gone the next day, but it's sad that it was even an issue. The air blower was loud each time the AC kicked on; the fan by itself was fine, but the AC made the whole room shake slightly. We had to put some toilet paper behind the picture frame on the wall to keep it from rattling. We could sleep after that, but it was still a bit of a rumbling each time the AC kicked in. And the hot chocolate machine was out of order, which my kid was looking forward to. Overall, the place felt more run-down than we remembered, and we felt, for the price, we wished we had chosen a different hotel.
