I had selected this hotel for the hot tub after a long day driving. I checked in and went down and, alas, the hot tub was not hot. Another family had also selected the hotel for the same reason. We were both disappointed in cool water being pumped out of the jets. In addition, the toilet seat in my room was broken. I reported it to the receptionist on check-out.

Very basic hotel- if you’re passing through and just need a place to sleep for the night, this is a great place. If you’re staying the weekend or longer and want anything above average, keep shopping. We just stayed for the weekend and booked mainly because they had a pool and hottub. They didn’t have any towels for the pool two nights in a row and their breakfast consists of like 4 items.

Both elevators had issues & were out of order most of the time we were there. It was REALLY difficult for someone with my health issues to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to my room. Service was only ok.

Great spot! Close to lots of restaurants and right next to the freeway. Quiet, and their pool and hottub is open until 11pm which is nice.

Breakfast is what you would expect. Bacon or sausage depending on the day. Various breads, waffles, and muffins (no bagels). Pool area is a little derelict, but clean. Staff is very friendly. The only negative I have is the bed. That is the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. I wonder if they are all the same or if it depends on the room.

This property was appears to be built in the early 1800s. The room was not very clean, and i spent my time in the shower avoiding hairs that had not belonged to me. Most memorable was the sounds of the highway so distinct that at times i wondered if this hotel might be in a tunnel in which I-15 passes through. And lady at front desk shared too much information.

We had plans to stay here for two nights, however we quickly changed to a one night stay after checking in. Our rooms had mold in the bathrooms, in the shower, ceilings, and around the sink. While the property has been remodeled, it didn't change the smell or sight of mold. There was also an entire football team staying here at the same time. Rather than placing the team on the same floor, they were spread out throughout the property and were loud (running, playing music, slamming doors, etc) until 3am. We try to stay at Comfort Inn's when we travel but this was terrible.

The room was filthy. There were hairs visible on all sorts of surfaces, including one huge black one right on top of the tissue box. There were handprints visible on bathroom walls and the headboard. We weren’t able to receive a refund or get another refund on the next night, which we cancelled immediately after seeing the room. We paid for 2 nights initially and weren’t even able to transfer those to a clean hotel. As a result, we’ll ever go to another ConfortbInn and we are done with using hotels.com.

This hotel is very dated and the rooms were not clean. We got a suite and the pull out couch was gross. The couch was dirty with crumbs all over it. The mattress had many large stains and holes in the bottom where springs were poking through. Would NEVER sleep on it. The lady at the front desk was really nice and got us pool towels quickly.

The overall facility and room were comfortable and well kept. Our problem was that our room faced Interstate 15. The traffic noise was loud and unrelenting - all day and all night. I'm sure the rooms on the other side and not facing the freeway were fine - I asked if we could stay there. Unfortunately, not. Maybe it's because we booked through Expedia and the hotel didn't get paid enough.

The rooms were very small and not exactly the cleaness either. Wasn't terrible but not ideal that's for sure. Front desk staff was absolutely rude, no hospitality at all. When I called to see if they had any gluten free options for breakfast the front desk lady a scoffed and acted like that was such an inconvenience to answer, most hotels with a Breakfast offers some type of muffin or something. The hotel was outdated but fine. I can't say I'd stay here again but it was an okay stay

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There were two things that made our stay unpleasant. The first thing was that the air conditioner was super loud, so we struggled to sleep. The other issue was that we could hear everything outside of our door, so at 3am we could hear 2 people casually talking to one another. Other than those two things, we had a decent stay.

The night lady was so rude. Her name is Lisa. I was thinking it was because it was late. Nope. The people the next day were just as rude. The ac was broke, but they didn’t offer to move rooms or fix it. The bathtub wouldn’t drain. They didn’t care. Not a good experience in any way.

Lesa at the front desk was AMAZING!!! We felt like we were her family. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. A hotel is a hotel. But we'll come back to this one because of Lesa.

Check in was horrible. There was no one at the front desk for almost 45 minutes. When the front desk person did show up, they said they were in the laundry room, and their cordless phone was dead. They should have been checking the front desk a bit more, as I was not the only dissatisfied customer.

The front desk lady was so slow that there was a line to check in, she had trouble finding my 2nd room reservation, then charged my credit card 3 times for the deposit, I sure hope all 3 charges will be released soon!

Check in process was horrible. Two employees were there but only one was actually checking in people. They had apparently messed up some military guys stays and to top it off didn’t have the rooms cleaned in time. I got there about 3:05 so just a few min after I could check in but had to wait until 4:00 for a room to be ready

Wonderful Hotel! Staff was top notch: friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate! My husband and I drove all night and during our journey I got sick with food poisoning. We spent 3 hours at a Rest stop and all I wanted to do was lay down. I called the hotel to ask if we could check in early and they were kind enough to do so at no extra charge! They really made my day! Thank you!

I had a reservation, but when I got to the hotel my son checked us in and had my phone with him with the reservation. Mine was for an ADA room but was given a regular room. Went back to desk and was told there was no ADA rooms left that it was given away. started looking at the Hampton Inn and add a room for me. By then the girl behind the counter got me and told my she found that was for someone else, but she gave it to me. I would be upset if I was the other person coming for the room and its not there. Withy an ADA room the shower bench so be adjustable, mine wasn't and way to low couldn't use it. I have stayed in this hotel before 3 times and have reservations in September and have an ADA reserved, I hope its there for me

The room smelt of stale smoke and mildew, the walls were paper thin and you could hear voices on either side of the room and the ceiling above us was so thin you could hear footsteps and the bed creaking.
