The hotel is in a good area, there was plenty of parking, and it was quiet. However, the room had a musty smell and the AC filter hadn't been changed in a very long time. The pillows weren't too comfortable. The gym was ok, but missing necessary equipment, like free weights and mats. It could definitely use some upgrades.

We stayed for a soccer tournament and the hotel was loaded with kids but the rooms were pretty sound proof. I love the pool was open until 11- most close at 10. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good.

Showed up very late due to vehicle troubles. Staff was very kind and helpful. Got into a very nice looking room. Sadly the room was not cleaned. It was made to look clean, but was not. Drops of red or brown substances on the sheets, body hair. Jetted tub had animal hair and smelled as if the pet was washed in it. At 1:30 am changed my own sheets. Not very impressive showing for this hotel. Called the front desk and was not offered anything except new sheets to change. Very disappointed.

Stayed here June 27th with my husband. Picked it for the location, easy off the highway. The included breakfast was good and had lots of options, cold and hot which was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. My only complaint would be that in the morning my shower was cold, and for the price we paid I expected a hot shower any time of the day. I likely would not come back because of this, as there are plenty of options around for the same price point.

Paid extra for the in-room jetted tub and had no hot water. 2 days of cold showers. People sitting in the hall being loud until midnight. Kids running up and down the hall at 6 am echoed into the room. Tried putting a towel against the giant gap against the door but it didn't help much. Will not stay here again. Would have been better off camping or at my in-laws....

We had a wedding at 3 p.m. and needed to have a place to prepare prior to the event. When I called that day to see if we might have an early check-in, the staff went above and beyond to find a way for us to check in early. Thank you! I would only give 2 stars because of the aggressive housekeeping staff that kept trying to get me out of my room before 12:00 noon check out time, even after telling them that I would notify them when I was out of the room.. Mind you, I was on work calls all morning and was continuously interrupted. Then It was 12:30 as I was finishing up a work call and getting ready to finally leave when the manager and housekeeping staff member bang on my door reminding me for the fourth time that it was time to leave. This was the most aggressive I've seen to get someone out of their room.I also was told by management that there's not a grace period or late checkout? I worked for 2 hotel chains over 6 years and never came across a hotel that didn't extend a grace period or late check out whenever possible. This hotel wasn't even sold out or close to being full during my 1 night stay. Side note, I also noticed that both vending machines were not working. Outside of that, breakfast is okay and the room was a decent size. The room was clean and maintained. I'll probably just stick to staying at Holiday inn Express or Marriott because they're nicer/more understanding when it comes to check out time and won't send an entire team to get you out of the room when it's 12:01pm . Do better, Best Western.

Bed was great but a/c sounded like a dishwasher running all night. The breakfast was very good & tasty but no room to sit & eat so we went back to our room to eat.

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent options for breakfast, family friendly, clean, quiet at night, well insulated, comfortable beds. Only drawback is the breakfast area has limited seating for bigger groups or multiple parties coming to breakfast at same time. One makeup towel had couple light streaks, not sure if it was just not cleaned throughly or someone’s hands when placing it were dirty, but all rest of towels and bedding were clean.

Great hotel at a great location! This is the second time we’ve stayed here now. The staff is always very helpful and the hotel is in a location that’s easy to get to and go from. Highly recommend!

The room was clean. The ventilation was terrible, it felt really stuffy in the room. Stale almost. The pillows and beds are uncomfortable to say the least and the hallways were not conditioned so it was hot in the hallways. Breakfast was gross.

This was a prefect spot for a stop over on our road trip. The pool was a great place to relax after driving all day. Staff were extra friendly and helpful. Lots of options of restaurants near by some of which offer discount for hotel guests. My only complaint was the pool area could have been cleaner. There was band aids and gum on floor. Guests should do better to not leave trash about.
