Royal Inn Provo

Property needs maintenance and a deep clean.

The building is in serious need of repairs and updates. The staff was kind and we had basic amenities but I would not stay there again.

Walls are very thin. So you can hear everything your neighbors are doing.

The owners are amazing, Very kind. They have made many improvements and currently during my stay it looked like they were updating and renovating rooms. Most importantly I felt safe. As a single white woman traveling alone that is #1 to me.

Clean large room. Had extra table to work on if you desired. A/C-heat worked well. The motel was old, you could tell but well-kept up. No breakfast available.
