Worst checkin ever at a Marriott property. Late arrival due to late flight. One customer at Front Desk. Two agents behind the counter. Customer appeared to be having an issue. After about 5 minutes of waiting I approached the desk and politely asked if the other agent could help me. She had been looking at her phone the entire time while I was waiting. She smiled and pointed at the agent helping the other customer and said "she'll help you". Her name was Divine I think. She went back to playing with her phone. I waited about another 5 minutes before the agent working started checking me in. It was late, I was tired, and waiting and watching the other agent playing with her phone while I stood there staring at her rubbed me the wrong way. Not what I've come to expect at a Marriott property.
