The parking fee was a surprise. The elevator is not working and my room was on 3rd floor. The only working elevator was at the far side of the hotel.

This is a great property and staff was super helpful and friendly. They provide free shuttle and Lyft to airport. The only drawback is it is a bit noisy from airplanes. It is a tradeoff between close to airport and noise some airplane. The noise is not too bad but noticable.

Free shuttle from airport. Hotel is less than 2 miles away but shuttle will take 45 min when we called. Had to take a $20 Uber instead

The bed was very comfortable. Shuttle to airport was great, 5 minute ride. Everything was clean and relaxing. We had dinner there out of convenience. The burger and fries were great, but overpriced. It was worth it to have a good meal without leaving the hotel though.

Always greeted with a smile, clean with a convenient restaurant available with adequate food for travelers and a Starbucks in the morning, great safe parking short or long term as your stay requires and easy access to a freee shuttle service to and from SLC airport. My go to for all travel and stays out of SLC.

Property was convenient to airport. Our room air-conditioning was not working properly and neither was the refrigerator. Called front desk twice before someone came out to fix. Frustrating that the dinning room didn't offer much in the way of menu items. Employees were playing on phones. Seemed disinterested in helping customers. Not sure I would stay again.

Nice room close to the airport. Staff was fixing something when arrival so took about 20 min to get checked in. AC unit wouldn’t turn off in room & shower handle was loose. Good enough for one night.

Clean room, pleasant helpful staff. Power went out because of a storm and staff was kind and accommodating. One guest was rude and difficult for a circumstance the staff could not control but they maintained professionalism and stayed calm and kind. Nice location near airport, not far from downtown. Would absolutely come back.

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean and soundproof. We couldn’t hear the neighbors next door at all. I highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice and seems to be newly updated. Check-in was quick and easy. There is a small bistro for breakfast. We didn't see it open in the evening when we walked by a couple times. The hotel is far from any local restaurants. , However, about a twenty minute walk away we did find a restaurant in another hotel that was open for dinner. Our room was very nice, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The walls are a little thin as we could hear the beat of music and faint talking thru out the night. It wasn't so loud you couldn't sleep, but it was a little annoying. I would stay here again, maybe next time it will be a little quieter. Enjoy

We got in very late and we’re given a room on the highway side of the hotel. We didn’t know that if was located right next to the highway. The sound from the traffic kept us awake a lot of the night. They should have advised us of the noise. Not what I would expect from a Marriott property! The need to work on sound proofing along the highway side.

Stayed 1 night prior to flight next day. Hotel appeared a little aged/out-dated. Elevator was out-of-service so we had to walk to the opposite end of the building to the other end to get to our room. Room was okay…bed was a bit lumpy and room lacked decor (no art on walls at all). Location was close to the airport but not much else nearby. Not sure I’d recommend.

This property is right next to an interstate and very noisy. I have an INSIDE room after moving from a room facing the highway and still easily hear trucks and cars going by at all hours.

it's ok, not as good as most other Courtyard I am familiar with. It's located in a weird location, right under the freeway offramp, difficult to get to, you have to go through another hotel's parking lot to get to the hotel entrance, which is odd. Our room was on the first floor, it's a bit dated. For just a night's stay before a very early flight, my sister and I were not too picky about it.

Proximity to I-80 made things a bit noisy, even with the white noise machine. Pillows and bed were both uncomfortable. The location is remote given that the SLC airport is close to downtown. Food and gas optare limited without going to the city, which left me wondering why I hadn’t stayed at the Marriott downtown…

Front desk wasn’t trying to go above and beyond with friendliness. I had to ask about breakfast, wifi and fitness room. She never said pool was down (saw it on a sign). She never gave the general info a front desk person usually gives. Phone didn’t work in our room.

We booked this hotel because it has a restaurant on site unfortunately we were unaware it was under construction upon arrival and when we expressed our disappointment the front desk gal was very rude and told us to book somewhere else. Very unprofessional and very rude

One of the staff wasn't any help, seemed to be irritated by us even asking a question. No coffee in the lobby early morning, the restaurant hours are limited, and the food isn't that good. Biggest frustration, you have to order a meal just to get a beer. Only other restaurant within walking distance was terrible!

Our flight was delayed so rather than drive 3 hours after landing at midnight we e decided to get a room. I do not remember the clerks name but she was great! Got us just what we needed at almost 2am!

Great room and facilities. Quick to the airport. Not very good restaurant or food options at the hotel or the surrounding airport area. There is nothing to do in the vicinity. Definitely not a place you would want to stay long term.

it's ok, not as good as most other Courtyard I am familiar with. It's located in a weird location, right under the freeway offramp, difficult to get to, you have to go through another hotel's parking lot to get to the hotel entrance, which is odd. Our room was on the first floor, it's a bit dated. For just a night's stay before a very early flight, my sister and I were not too picky about it.

Clean room, pleasant helpful staff. Power went out because of a storm and staff was kind and accommodating. One guest was rude and difficult for a circumstance the staff could not control but they maintained professionalism and stayed calm and kind. Nice location near airport, not far from downtown. Would absolutely come back.

No coffee / tea available unless Bistro is open (7a-10a 5pm-10pm) which is way overpriced and not that good. Food was ok . Breakfast is NOT included in cost of stay - which again is expensive for the setting. Front desk staff was very helpful and very nice. Manager of the Bistro not so much. Maybe she was just under pressure as she was 20 min later getting to work to open the Bistro? Very convenient to the airport. Just disappointing for a Marriot

We booked this hotel because it has a restaurant on site unfortunately we were unaware it was under construction upon arrival and when we expressed our disappointment the front desk gal was very rude and told us to book somewhere else. Very unprofessional and very rude

One of the staff wasn't any help, seemed to be irritated by us even asking a question. No coffee in the lobby early morning, the restaurant hours are limited, and the food isn't that good. Biggest frustration, you have to order a meal just to get a beer. Only other restaurant within walking distance was terrible!

First of all, there is no complementary breakfast and the bistro had very limited options and was very expensive with nothing else available in the area. I thought most of the hotels in this area had the breakfast provided as we have stayed at 3 of them so far. The staff and airport shuttle were great though. The hotel is very cold. This area really needs to be developed as there are so many hotels here.

Always greeted with a smile, clean with a convenient restaurant available with adequate food for travelers and a Starbucks in the morning, great safe parking short or long term as your stay requires and easy access to a freee shuttle service to and from SLC airport. My go to for all travel and stays out of SLC.

Clean and comfortable after a long day on the road. Only complaint would be the $55 for dinner. BLT w/fries, Grilled Cheese w/soup and sparkling water in to-go containers is a complete rip off.

The bar & restaurant was expensive & the food was bad. I understand it to being a full restaurant, however the prices should be lower. There needs to be self serve coffee, there wasn't even that! You had to pay for it! Free Coffee Please!!
