The toilet required use of the plunger at least once a day. Horrifying. My room had a large stain on the carpet. I was sent to get quarters (in order to dry my clothes) from the hotel across the street since the Residence Inn ran out of quarters.

This is a great place to stay if you plan on skiing nearby. But the price did go up in one year which I understand however we rented a room with a small kitchen and it was not well stocked with cookware. The food at the breakfast buffet seemed to go downhill a little as well. All staff were wonderful and the hotel overall is clean and worth staying at.

The front desk person did not welcome or ask why we were visiting but asked each other guest while my spouse waited from my arrival. Was it beachside we are a married same sex couple that she knew about as I had called saying my wife would be arriving ahead of me. She refused to let her check into the room . Good location. Towels were scarce at the pool and in the room. Breakfast was good but often ran out of items. Room was comfortable, but could use better kitchen utensils. Overall, I’d stay again.

We stayed in a two-bedroom two bath suite which was great! Only bummer was we found trash behind a nightstand and I had to ask for a washcloth in our bathroom. Otherwise, it was perfect. It was quiet. The beds were super comfy. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Just wished we had grab bars by the toilets or get higher toilets. Shower seats would be nice in your ADA rooms.

Breakfast was subpar, many food options were not stocked even at breakfast closing time. Breakfast hours were also inconvenient. Pool was closed w/o reason the second night of the stay, as well as the fire feature in the courtyard.

Staff were beyond nice. Easy check in. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Close to the mountains and town with lots of food options. Would recommend 100%.
