I would like to start by giving a huge shout out to the staff, they were the best part of my experience here. Every concierge was extremely nice, answered any questions I had, and we're all very attentive in situations where they could see I needed help. I literally am only giving a 5 star review for THE STAFF here, and because I don't want a low review in any shape to cause them some nonsense From management about "why didn't this person give us 5 stars?!". The staff I encountered were awesome and I am not trying to bring anything like that their way. Shuttle service was far more than accommodating for us and very understanding for us as well. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN! :)❤️ Mediocre and overpriced hotel for what it is. Plenty of broken stuff on the property, and at the time I was there current construction going on (I hope management is making improvements that are much needed). I'm talking leaky toilets, shower leaking all over the bathroom, room was odiferous to say the least, broken tiles, the list could go on... I looked into many places before booking this location (which was highly rated overall) and was sorely disappointed with the property management standpoint. I would have zero issue booking here if the price wasn't at a premium, just expect a regular hotel experience with no frills, and your room likely will not match any pictures you see online. If there is any management reading this, give your staff a huge raise - they are carrying this place on their back for you.
