The rooms were absolutely disgusting. One blanket was covered with brown stains and short black hairs in what was supposed to be a pet free room. All of the hard surfaces were covered in what felt like grease so you couldn’t put anything on them. TV screen was covered and streaked in the same thing. There were stains in the sink. No elevator to get to second floor.

Room clean but had a musty smell. Hallways and stairwells not cleaned or vacuumed. Only one ice machine in the entire hotel and it wasn’t working. Was told to go to service station beside hotel to get ice which is unacceptable. Staff friendly. Breakfast on site was very good with a nice variety of hot food and danishes, cereal, or fruits and yogurt.

Was just passing through and needed a comfortable place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Excellent staff. The gentleman at breakfast was friendly and helpful and keeps an immaculate kitchen. The only downside was the dirty phone. Was overlooked when cleaning.

The beds at Comfort in are usually super comfortable but these were not. Check in and check out staff were extremely friendly and was probably the best part of the stay. Rooms are lovely but a kittle outdated for the cost of the stay.

The location was right off the highway and very easy to access. The room was a little tight for 4 but we were able to manage. Staff were very friendly.

My problem is that our bed had no frame it was on the floor, the doors were slamming on the hallway. While we were trying to sleep. I moved one of the bedside tables and it hadn’t been cleaned behind it for a while. And there was an unpleasant Oder inthe the hall not strong but always present

The front desk both at night in the morning were really awesome . The night desk guy was really helpful In the morning at breakfast the wonderful guy who was taking care of it was so sweet and offered me a tray! Such wonderful simple hospitality.. it’s not often you find that They all deserve raises!!!

Had a really good experience. Got there a little early and my room was ready so i was allowed to check in. Friendly staff at front desk recommended outstanding local dinner (Pizza Perfect) that offers delivery. Free breakfast had a lot of options and was very much appreciated.

Staff was great, room was clean, and breakfast was typical hotel style. Bed could have been more comfortable but wasn’t horrible. Was super convenient for where I was working and fine for one night that I needed. Wouldn’t recommend for family or even myself staying longer. Too expensive for an average hotel with nothing around it.

Was super convenient for where I was working and fine for one night that I needed. Wouldn’t recommend for family or even myself staying longer. Too expensive for an average hotel with nothing around it.

Had a really good experience. Got there a little early and my room was ready so i was allowed to check in. Friendly staff at front desk recommended outstanding local dinner (Pizza Perfect) that offers delivery. Free breakfast had a lot of options and was very much appreciated.

It was fine. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. Room was fine, nothing special. There isn’t really anything around the hotel - you’d have to drive to get to restaurants and stores.

Right off the highway, great location. Room was clean. Hotel was clean. The entire staff were amazing and outstanding. Great place to stay, second stay and will stay in future visits

The staff was very responsive when we asked to change rooms due to a very musty odor we encountered in our first floor room. The second floor was more pleasant, but we did notice more road noise than we typical hear in hotel rooms, and the hallway/stairs carpeting was noticeably in need of vacuuming. Overall okay stay for a night on our way to the mountains, but I did wish we’d stopped in Wytheville instead!

I frequent this location atleast 2 or 3 times a year. I have family that lives in town, but I really like how clean and relaxing this location is. I will continue to stay here everytime I go to the lower southern Virginia area.

Because pets are allowed there was a dog like odor in the building, however it was clean and room/ beds were comfy.

My two beds both had hair on the “clean” sheets, there was a fecal stain on the front of the toilet bowl, there was what looked like fecal or blood spatter all of the bottom of the room door and wall, and the room smelled like cigarettes and mold (it was a non smoking room). I didn’t end up sleeping on the beds and only slept on the office chair that was in the room because the cushioned chair had a bunch of white stains all over and I don’t even want to guess what those stains were.
