Hotel is beautiful but old. Rooms need an update. Takes awhile for hot water to heat up. Didn’t discover there was no soap in the dispenser until I was taking a shower-very disappointing.

The property is nice but the rooms are dated and old. The rooms are not very well isolated so bring earplugs. The staff is great and super friendly.

The lobby and a few other areas had been updated and were very nice. The late night guest services gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and made us feel welcome. And, of course, there were the warm cookies! The room was also very nice and had all the amenities needed for comfort--plenty of options for recharging devices, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Unfortunately, the bathroom was out of date and needed some maintenance. The bathtub had a few black marks that, at first, looked like dirt, but were actually wear marks or stains. The bottom of the door was ragged and beyond repair. In addition to that, the bath gel was nearly empty--better attention about replenishing is needed. The best part of the room, however, was the bed. Incredibly comfortable mattress and crisp, fresh sheets. Best sleep in a long time!

The room was not cleaned upon arrival. I went to get my son’s bed ready and found previous sheets on the sofa bed and crayons and crumbs in the bed. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed and previous people’s chapstick still on the floor next to the bed. Pubic hair on the floor and in the toilet in the bathroom. Toothpaste still smeared on the bathroom counter from previous people’s in the room. They had someone come up to vacuum the room and change the sheets at 9pm. The hotel is in a nice area and could be a great location. The management only offered free breakfast each time I complained. I did not take the free breakfast and told them all I wanted was a clean room for my family. The toothpaste from the previous tenants was still there on day 3 of our stay. Will not stay at this property again.
