This hotel isn’t fancy but for the price it is great. They keep it clean. They are remodeling many areas of the hotel. Breakfast is great. But the staff are amazing! Very caring and focused on customer service. Right off the interstate. Close to several restaurants.

This is an older motel, somewhat shabby. Nonetheless, we like this place. Everything always works, the rooms are always clean, the staff are always friendly and efficient. It seems to be less expensive than nearby competitors. On this stay the lobby was under renovation so the usual full breakfast was not available, but this is only temporary.

Housekeeping showed up everyday but it was a very old motel 6 feel to it. Didnt even have a proper lobby it was just a random door at the bottom because lobby was under construction.

The property is showing its age. My room had signs of an active ceiling leak and mold above the shower. Not worth the price I paid for staying there. Only good thing to comment on was the staff was friendly.

Hotel conditions were terrible…mildew stained caulk on sink and in tub; dirty grout throughout; toilet not bolted to floor and leveled using wood shims; no pop up sink drain so anything dropped in sink goes straight down drain; no ‘do not disturb’ sign; TV quit working on day 2; towels smelled musty; no bathroom fan/vent; furniture and walls dinged and damaged; overall a filthy room.

There were renovations going on, so perhaps the rooms will become nicer, but our was very smelly (perhaps a smoking room long ago and the stale smell is stuck in the carpet and walls), there was a hole in the bathroom wall from the door knob, the toilet seat was extremely worn, and in general is wasn't very clean. The TV also didn't work and there was no WiFi. It's an inexpensive motel, but it still seemed overpriced given the quality of the room.

There were renovations going on, so perhaps the rooms will become nicer, but our was very smelly (perhaps a smoking room long ago and the stale smell is stuck in the carpet and walls), there was a hole in the bathroom wall from the door knob, the toilet seat was extremely worn, and in general is wasn't very clean. Decent room for the price. Found out after checked in and settled that there was no internet and that it was out for the past week. Seriously, it's 2024. Should have told me at the desk. Lost 2 hours of important work for tje following day.

Nicer than I expected. ROom was fine. The lady checking me in was very nice. Only issue is proximity to HWY and noise from the Highway. But for a motel near the hwy, much nicer than expected.

The bed was very comfortable and clean, the heat was off and once I turned it on smelled like hair burning, and the TV had no service. The carpet was dirty too. I will not stay here again.

Check in was fast and efficient. Desk clerks were warm and inviting. Gave me a room close to office and directly across from Cracker Barrel. Rooms must have been recently renovated cause I stayed here two years ago and they were definitely in need of an update. The room was clean and in very good shape. Bed was very comfortable. Walked over to Cracker Barrel for dinner, came back to room and relaxed. Breakfast was better than expected with scrambled eggs and bacon. Overall a very pleasant stay.

So we arrive at this huge motel at 3 PM on Friday afternoon. We are the only ones there, there are almost no other cars in the parking lot. Fist, they can’t find my Expedia reservation, even though I show him the reservation screen on the app They wind up giving me a room that’s reserved for a guy with the same name but different address and credit card number so I don’t know what was going on there. Next he puts us in a room that is as far away as the office as possible on the end of the building, which felt like it was about 10 feet from the interstate. The interstate noise was very loud all night, running the air conditioner was even worse. It woke us up every time the compressor came on. Finally, there was a big daddy long legs spider in the shower. All this for $280 plus.

I figure a hotel should have a door that locks, a clean bed, and functional plumbing. This place had two out of three. Sink did not drain making it impossible to brush your teeth and the toilet sounded like a train as it filled. Nevermind the little boy at the front desk who lied to me about rooms being "full to capacity."

Convenient location off I 81. GPS will take you there but once you turn right onto the road it's easy to miss the entrance to the place because of the trees. It's just in on the left. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean but are a bit small . The bed is pretty high. My older dog would not be able to get up there. ( He wasn't traveling with me this time). Plenty of parking. It's kind of in an office park atmosphere.

We realize the prices go up when VA Tech has a home game but for over $300 one would think the owners could reattach wall paper that is falling off the wall and work at purchasing better sheets. The breakfast was more than ample and good.

Good location, nice ground and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very sufficient and comfortable seating in several room to choose your seating. The staff was very warm and accommodating, thank you!

Check in was fast and efficient. Desk clerks were warm and inviting. Gave me a room close to office and directly across from Cracker Barrel. Rooms must have been recently renovated cause I stayed here two years ago and they were definitely in need of an update. The room was clean and in very good shape. Bed was very comfortable. Walked over to Cracker Barrel for dinner, came back to room and relaxed. Breakfast was better than expected with scrambled eggs and bacon. Overall a very pleasant stay.

This is an older motel, somewhat shabby. Nonetheless, we like this place. Everything always works, the rooms are always clean, the staff are always friendly and efficient. It seems to be less expensive than nearby competitors. On this stay the lobby was under renovation so the usual full breakfast was not available, but this is only temporary.

This is one of the worst maintained hotel of choice hotels. People were loitering and smoking weed outside the room. The room smelled so bad and some folks were outside the room shouting till 3 AM. Never going to set foot on this hotel again

Room is not too bad. It was mostly clean. My main issue is my room was right beside the pool and it was very noisy. People were playing music very loud at the pool and there was a lot of screaming. Which is not the biggest issue, but I would prefer to not have a room right at the pool if I ever stayed here again.
