Quality Inn Culpeper

I was made uncomfortable by a large group of shirtless men (seemed like longer-term guests?) hanging around outside the entrance. If I was traveling alone i would not have stayed there. Not the hotel’s fault but if you’re a young woman traveling alone you will feel a lot better at Holiday Inn or Microtel. Other than that, room was a bit dirty and toilet did not really work. I had a reservation for 2 nights and left after night 1 if that tells you anything.

This hotel is not even a hotel it’s a motel and there were literal crack heads running around the property when we arrived. Based off the photos on hotels .com I thought it was a decent hotel to stay at for one night for a quick business trip but we arrived and were too scared to even get out of the car. People openly drinking and doing god knows what outside, half clothed. Staff refused to refund us when the advertisement of this establishment was clearly misrepresenting the reality of the business.

Parking was easy and seemed secure. Property is pet friendly by posted signage. Bed was comfortable, this is an ok place to rest. It seems they may have to handle a lot of construction traffic, and that is tough to keep up with. Breakfast was better than anticipated.

The staff and manager were extremely accommodating. Especially with the complimentary breakfast. An extra cinnamon rasin bagel, strawberry jam, peanut butter if you ask. Always greeted good morning. The basic Wifi was a little weak but for a $1.99 they have better. Could hear the neighbors because if thin walls. Clean enough for the price. Not the maids fault. The rooms need some up grading. Staff was great food Ok. But the price was right.

I stayed 4 days for bussiness The staff very gracious and helpful. The hotel and room was very clean and in good condition...but a guest has to daily request their room be serviced and towels replaced Breakfast is fair but some days lacking eggs and waffles.the juice dispenser says 100% juice..it is not I would still come back.
