First I couldn’t get the door open. After several attempts it finally opened. I walked in and a gross odor hit me. It was like pee; the odor you smell walking by the homeless in New York City subway. I went to the front desk and asked for air fresheners and I was given a spray bottle the cleaning crew used. I sprayed out the room get dress and leave for my event . When I return the same odor . The stench coming out of the carpet had me up throughout the night . It was a two day event but I couldn’t stay. Thanks for ruining a weekend .

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location with free shuttle to dulles. Fitness center could be better, and I saw a few people disappointed there was no buffet/continental breakfast (I saw this ahead of time). Overall, would absolutely return next trip to the area.

I booked this hotel through Expedia, but when I checked out, the total amount was different from the price I originally booked. The front desk staff explained that Expedia calculated a different tax rate, but the explanation did not make much sense to me. Later, she discovered there was an extra breakfast charge that should not have been added because I did not have breakfast at the hotel. Instead of carefully reviewing the charges, she seemed to blame others for the mistake. Overall, the check-out experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
