Breakfast was a bag of instant oatmeal. Shower was not hot enough with slight water pressure. Nothing in “fully stocked” kitchen…no utensils, no dishes, no coffee pot, no coffee, empty cabinets. Bathroom sink faucet was laughable . Do you review places before you endorse? Language barrier made it impossible to communicate.

Rooms clean, all the staff very friendly nice and professional, nice Laundry room, kitchen in your room to cook your own food a plus great place to stay for a short or long stay.

I would recommend staying for a short or long stay rooms kept clean, you have your own kitchenett to cook, great Staff, control your own air conditioning or heat in your room plenty of store and shopping with mall close by very convenient.

I ike that it was 10 minutes from my work assignment location convenient for me. The nessasary things you need were given for the kitchen supplies so you can cook your own meals just buy your own food everyone was nice.

The rooms are clean good housekeeping staff very friendly. The whole staff very helpful and professional. Temperature was great with self control air conditioning in your room yourself. Complimentary breakfast consist of muffins, oatmeal, grain bars, tea, hot chocolate nothing fancy just something to get your morning started, but you can always cook your own food, if you visit here ask for Milan he gives the best customer service. Thanks to the whole staff for great service

The place did not have an ice machine. No cups in the rooms. But the lack of an ice machine is not cool

The room we stayed in had these carpet, insect bugs that we were afraid of getting bit by one. The room smelled, just like if a man just left out of bed and spray colognes and the refrigerator had some miller beer left in it. we went to the front desk the staff called his manager, and she was trying to convince us that it was a ladybug. We had him come up to the room. He seen that I killed two, and they were not ladybugs she finally told him to change our room that was a little better. when we check out this morning, the manager was at the desk. She did not even speak about the incident or made sure we was okay or anything. The hotel was in a great location for where we were going for our event event.anything!else.terom.Shfinally

This hotel was physically dirty, the walls, floors and dirty sheets. Everything about this place was disgusting. The reviews were so accurate and honestly worst then I could imagine. Everything in this hotel was dirty and stained. These room’s definitely are not cleaned it was a joke. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Only concern was the room smell bad

The property looks great on the outside but the inside looks dirty and old. My room had an odor and you don't get room cleaning service. Also, getting clean linen is a hassle depending on who is working the front desk. I will not stay at an Extended Stay property again.

My room was fresh!

The room was pretty decent and the staff was friendly. The room was clean, but we were there 4 nights and our room was never checked on so no fresh towels, the trash didn’t get changed, no sheet changes. The hot water was also non existent, we attempted multiple times through our trip and said something to the front desk and the gentleman was very kind and said he would try to reset it but the shower was practically cold. It was a good location for a good price, comfortable bed, quiet and convenient. Overall would stay here again but definitely needs improvement.

The room was somewhat dirty, with hair scattered around the bathroom, and smell was bad. I hope they thoroughly cleaned the room. Since the mall and Starbucks are very close to the hotel, it was convenient to explore the area.

Room felt quite damp - sheets were wet and my clothes felt wet the next morning. Room had a very dank odor.

I have to be brutally honest. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. There was trash under the bed, holes in the floor, hole in bathroom wall. The furniture had burn marks on them. Sheets were dirty. I’ll never stray from Hilton again. Do not trust these reviews.

Easy check in and the bed was very comfortable. Looking forward to a good stay!

Check-in was smooth and the front desk staff is fremedly. The room size is good, but the condition is bit old.

Our room was adequate but was not worth the money I paid for the rom. I have paid less for a much better room. The bed was comfortable but the TV was loose on its post, the bathroom shower looked like it was going to fall out of place, there was not adequate grit to the shower floor to prevent slipping, and the remote control was missing. I had to go get one from the front desk. The positives were the friendly check-in, clean sheets and towels, and the location of the hotel.

This hotel was extremely clean, and the day shift front desk staff was very professional and nice. That's about the extent of the good things I can say about this particular hotel. I needed two rooms (one for me, one for my dad) since my mom is in a local hospital. Originally we were given rooms 101 and 102. 101 was ok but the A/C unit kept turning off (even in Auto mode), but in room 102 the A/C unit was EXTREMELY LOUD. The front desk moved me to room 105, where the A/C unit was fine, but when I turned on the light in the bathroom, the fan made sounds like automatic gunfire. I said oh well and lived with it. From 9pm-2am the following things happened: An entire FAMILY moved in to room 103 and kept hitting both walls (hitting rooms 101 and 105 now), kept the TV on loud, a dog was barking, and people kept getting locked out of their room and pounding on it. At one point, someone started smoking weed. At 12:45am I asked room 103 to be quiet; they basically said yeah sure but then ignored me. At 1:30am someone got locked out of their room and screamed and banged up and down the hallways. I asked the nightshift front desk guy to talk to room 103, but he was busy trying to convince another person that there were no rooms available. As I was leaving, I overheard him tell another person that he's not paid enough to police customer activities. My father in room 101 complained about the A/C but was told he was SOL. We could not get out of there fast enough.

The AC if you put it on 60°, and then it would freeze, so all night long I had to wake up and turn it on and turn it off because I was either sweating or freezing, the fan was broken, the showerhead was broken and water went everywhere when you tried to take a shower, the spout or the water comes out on the bottom was broken, and the water pressure was so awful. I could barely get the shampoo out of my hair.

Vey clean and functional place for the price. The AC was a bit noisy, but other wise, it’s ok for a nights stay.

My stay was very good it was a business extended stay. The whole staff was excellent but one staff member stood out giving above and beyond service and I want to personally thank Milan for making my stay extremely comfortable so if you visit here ask for Milan he will make your stay even more comfortable like home,if I visit again I hope Milan is working always ready to greet you with a warm smile ready to help and pleasant conversation thank you again.🙂 The General Manager Sushma Baral Dahal is also available when needed and that's a plus thank you I would refer others if they are looking for place to stay in the area or visiting. 🙂

The hotel had some billing issues with Expedia, and I was on the phone et Expedia for about an hour until around 1am, all tired and uncomfortable. In the end, I had to cancel my booking wt Expedia and get refunded and paid the hotel directly. Such an unpleasant experience. Hope I’ll get my refund from Expedia soon . Thank you.

The General Manager Sushma Baral Dahal and the whole Napoleon staff are very pleasant,polite and kind they will do everything in there power to make you feel like you are at home. All the men and females working house keeping much appreciation for all you do to make your visitors stay here nice. For a short stay or long stay I would recommend, I had an extended stay for a work assignment and my stay was great. Loved my view from my room right across from mall.

Aside from being right off a pretty confusing stretch off multi-highway, multi-level, multi-lane, multi-exit ramps, being surrounded by toll roads (you have to pay to use the freeway here, 66 and 495, 24/7), and the seemingly incessant heavy traffic… the hotel itself is great! I mean it. And not having to drive to the mall or a coffee shop really might save years of your life compared to driving anywhere for. any. thing. any. time.

Johnny was very helpful and accommodating when I checked in. This is a very reasonable hotel to spend a night in, in an area where hotels are extremely expensive. The Fair Oaks mall is literally across the street making it convenient for shopping or getting a bite to eat.

The hotel was very accommodating to my service dog. I was a little disappointed at the fact that they advertise having breakfast and when we got up on our first day, which is what we intended to eat the whole time we were there it was just oatmeal and hot water Not very much of a breakfast selection so I don’t know why they advertise that. Also, the bed was so uncomfortable. It was so hard to sleep. It definitely was not worth the money that we paid for

While booking they mentioned Breakfast, but when we checked in they had no Breakfast, just muffins and Tea or Coffee. Had I known this I would have choosen another hotel. Thats false advertising. I will be talking to my credit card company and my attorney to see what can be done
