Large comfortable room. Friendly staff. No overhead covering for check-in which was a problem due to heavy rains. Luggage got soaking wet. Also was charged $5 for parking.

We stay at this hotel every time we visit Washington D.C. (more than 10 years). Nice area with shopping/dining and an easy drive into D.C. Staff is courteous, hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is great and the outdoor pool is wonderful.

I liked the location. Proximity to restaurants, and shopping was convenient. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. I don’t like that I had to pay $5 extra per night for parking. Three floors and only two washers/dryers was not convenient.

This hotel located in a very nice area, however the management team could keep up with cleaning a little more. The restrooms at the front desk area are very dirty and the hallway in all buildings need to be vacumm daily.

The first room had sticky floor in the kitchen and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The table was broken. I made a complaint in the morning and they moved my family for a better room. We are grateful with the staff services in this matter.

Our room was so clean and it was great to have a little kitchen with a bigger fridge. I was able to make stuff to bring to Thanksgiving dinner. The breakfast was really terrific as well. We didn't bother with maid service. Just easy enough to get clean towels. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was in a quiet area with plenty of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. Aside from the noisy shower door and the AC unit being loud when it first turned on (though the noise faded afterward), everything exceeded our expectations, and we’d love to stay here again.

Stayed April 2025, suit on the 3d floor, quiet, despite facing the highway, new kitchen utensils. The coffee e maker was left unclean having mold inside, but changed when asked. The washing sponge was left from previous guests, which was unpleasant. Someone was smoking marijuanna in their bathroom underneath and it vented trough. I gave 4 stars for those cleaned things, other than that great hotel.

First, reviews that said the AC was very noisy were correct. However, the room was very nice, very clean. The hallways and elevator, however, not so much. I took the stairs after getting my stuff in my room. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The location is fantastic as there are many stores and restaurants, including Target, Walmart, Olive Garden, Guapos, etc very close by. There is construction nearby but doesn’t interfere.

The “crib” they promised to have brought to the room ended up being a dirty pack-and-play with stains on it. It also was not secure and collapsed on one side with baby in it. This was brought after asking multiple times to please bring the crib that was requested over a month prior. The refrigerator in the room was randomly very loud like a kid squealing a few times and then back to quiet. Not a huge deal until it woke me in the night. Just a very average place with raggedy features.

The place is ok, the kitchen is fully furnished. This is good if you want to cook for longer stay. The sofa bed is uncomfortable, the shower needs a little work. We stayed on first floor and you can hear the noise, footsteps on the top floor. The picture in the website is deceiving, the courtyard is hidden. We stayed in Suite 1 Queen bed with sofa bed(one bedroom)

Paper thin walls - we were in bed at 9:30pm, and all night heard the baby in the room next door crying, kids running up and down the halls until 11:00pm, and the lady across the hall opening and closing her door while doing some very late packing. We called down to the lobby for them to please come up and talk to the people with the kids in the hallway and constantly opening and shutting of doors. We finally got to sleep around 3:30am and had to wake up at 4:15am for our flight. This place is lipstick on a pig - it's got a great layout, it was clean, it's updates, and even the bed is comfortable - but no one cares about any of that if they can't actually get to sleep because of the walls being too thin. I would have totally preferred an old and outdated if I could have actually slept in it.

Our room (2 BR) was large, and the beds were comfortable. However, there was noise from traffic, the air conditioner, and the folks on the upper floor. At check-in we were told that we had requested a wheelchair and a wheelchair accessible room which was not the same as an accessible room. I guess you need to be extremely explicit about any special requests. On the whole, it was a very good stay.

Spent a couple days in the area to visit friends and family. Location is very convenient to I-66, Fairfax County Parkway and US50. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Only negative was the extremely loud A/C unit

It was quiet and convenient room layout. Kitchenet sink faucet was loose enough it made turning the water on and off tricky. The shower head had no pressure setting and the pressure coming out literally hurt to stand directly under. The AC was very loud every time it turned on, loud enough to wake you up.

Lady at front check in continued to say "i am new" when she couldn't answer any questions related to the property or amenities we wished to utilize. Phone in room didnt ring to front at all when we tried to get some help. I fell at the door to the right of the main entrance and injured myself. The light was very dim, it was night, the sidewalk has a huge gap/misalignment and I got my foot caught and fell face first, my knees took the brunt of the fall and are both severely swollen, scratched up, and bruised very badly.

This is a great place if in town with family. The full kitchen helps and the breakfast in the morning is a hit for the kids. The place is located near a ton of food and shopping, and GMU so there is always something nearby in case you need something or want something to do. Only issues we noticed - it seemed like they were short staffed. Took 20min to get someone to the counter when checking in (8pm) and our room had cigarette burn holes on the carpet right in the main living room area, when it’s clearly a no-smoking facility.

Enjoyed the stay. My only problem was when I checked in...the guy had the worst attitude and was very unprofessional. Sent me to my room without giving me my room number. Had to ask a housekeeper for assistance and she took me back to the front desk where the guy says the room number. Other than my check-in experience, I had an excellent stay. It was only 1 night...very comfortable room.

Room was clean. Housekeeping was very good. Breakfast was not the best I’ve had at hotel breakfast bars. Oatmeal that was supposed to be cooked was place in microwave and serve to other patrons and me watery like soup and not softened. Also, breakfast was often not ready at stated start times which meant breakfast had to be skipped.
